Breezys Car Wash Review

They do a very good job & even on a crowded day it didn't take too long. The gift shop area has a lot of cool things to look at or purchase as gifts even.

On a Saturday morning, Breezy s is quite busy but they re fairly accessible on a weekday morning. The customer service is always courteous and polite. I like that they offer complimentary, self-serve vacuums, which are actually pretty powerful, after your car wash. I did have to ask an attendant to turn the vacuums on once because they re on a timer and turn off automatically after a certain number of minutes.

This place did an amazing wash and express wax job on my car. I have to shout out Cory, who worked on my car. Great work and really nice guy. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they have a price on their website that I went there for only to be told that its a mistake and there's no such deal. They were nice about it, but still it IS advertised on their website. Even still, I'll go back because they do really quality work and the inside is really nice too.

Alex in Bay 4 was so amazing he made my wife's car brand new again and the whole time he walked me through every step of his process made me comfortable with choosing the right detail at my budget and he did so much more then I even knew about ! I give him 5 stars !!! As long as he works there I will be a regular customer of breezys car wash

I had my car detailed by truck and I am amazed at the great job that was completed.

Great little car wash. I like it because they have a three day guarantee if it rains. Can't beat it.

They are one of the better car washes around. On a side note, they like to over charge on auto detailing if they think they can get the money out of you.

They can be a little slow and are busy so the wait can be long, but do a good job.

They missed 3 smudged and smeared bugs on the right mirror housing and one big smush of bug guts on the bumper. But the car was clean in every other nook and cranny.

Today the work was sloppy. Exterior was not clean, interior had over-spray from dash protectant. Dissapointed, as normally they do a great job.

They have done detail work on three of my cars. All came out looking like new. I m satisfied and will use them again.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE, AGAIN!!! Picked up my vehicle after 4 hours. No call to let me know it was done. I paid over $60 to have it detailed and hand waxed. It was washed, only! Tomorrow I am going in to get my money back! What a waste of time and money! They didn't even vacuum the interior!!! UGH!!!!!

Went to Breezys for the first time yesterday. Fair prices, the lady inside at the register was a sweetheart. The young kid who brought my keys back upon completion of the wash and express detail was beyond rude. He gave an attitude and said some rude comments to me. When I confronted him, he started screaming. There was almost a physical altercation between the two of us. It was simply ridiculous and a bad look for the business in total. Unfortunately, I was asked if I wanted to tip on my card prior to completion of the detail. I agreed and left a fairly decent tip. I wish I didnt. That kid doesnt deserve a tip, let alone to be employed by this establishment.... I never give bad reviews, but I had to on this one.

Been coming to this carwash since it opened and today I thought I would look at the reviews here on Google and saw a couple of people not happy with this wash. So I'm going to a leave a review and say that out of the 75 plus times I have been here I only had to ask them to fix one thing and it was fixed right away. People need to understand all companies can't hire the best of the best employees especially at a carwash. All they can do is fix a problem if one happens and this place does 100% I can promise you that.. Thank you breezy's for you friendly family environment

I took my to get a detail and it came out very good and eduin did an excellent job on my car I m very satisfied

2nd time here and it will be the last. They were busy and rushed, That equaled sloppy two times.

The manager was horrible to deal with. He is apparently too young to be in that kind of position . He dismissed me when i was upset over the service i DID N'OT get . VERT VERY unprofessional. I will not recommend this place. and will take my car someplace else. Dolphin Car Wash off of Cortez took care of me in a timely manner. was very professional

Great service at a reasonable price great new owner

I went to have my car cleaned today (the $19.99 service), it was very busy but I needed my car cleaned so I decided to go through with it. I explained what I needed done and was told that my car would be cleaned 100%. After waiting an hour my car was ready. Just to find that all the areas I had asked to be taken care of, was not. I was not happy, especially after waiting so long. I asked for the manager and the owner came out to see me. He offered his sincere apologies and offered to take care of it himself, which he did. I was happy that I did not leave as an unhappy customer. The problem was taken care of, thankfully. My only advise would be, is to not go when it's busy. Other than that, I am very happy with the service that I get at Breezy's.

Got the "VIP" wash...I would agree with previous reviewers that they seem to do a rush job and bare minimum for the money. Smears and patches where you can see they didn't wipe the interior protector all over the interior of my car. Some areas still dusty and a glob of something in one of my power window buttons. They need to take more care. Even the exterior had patches and spots where they hadn't wiped it over. I paid for lazy car washing...now I have to finish the job myself. Come on Breezys...listen to your customers and ask your staff to take more care especially with the interior.

Just went through car wash got 19.99 wash. They did a horrible job. Had to have the manageycome out. He barely did anything.

We have had many car washes at Breezy without any problem but the last time we had some scratches on our black Lexus, after reviewing the video Terry could not see where his brushes cause the scratches.
However Terry buffed and waxed the scratches and made the car like new. We found this to be a very responsible and customer service oriented business, and Terry maintained a great attitude throughout the situation!

It's a great place to go for a car wash but it's not the same since the new owners took over. It seems like it is a much longer process and doing a walk around of the car, it seemed half done and not as much care taken as before.

A huge shout out to Brandon and his crew, especially Cory! I brought in my daughters car with the worst yellow headlights ever! They look brand new! It was worth every penny! Despite any negative reviews, please try them out and judge for yourself! You won t be disappointed!

WILL NEVER GO BACK. This is the second time I've tried it. The first dime didn't go well and this time was just as bad. I pay $35.

Yet still have to go home and go over it inside and out. And i sat there for 30 mins after it went through the wash to have someone start wiping it down. Was there for over an hr. Very disappointed. Wouldn't even give it one star if it would let me write a review without it.

I have a client who had a custom car that needs special attention when they come to town.
Every time I've brought the vehicle to Breezy 's Car Wash they have performed exactly what I've asked for.
Their prices are very competitive.
Service is always polite.
I couldn't ask for more.

It s ok . The machine scratches the cars. Detail center is nice as well as the inside store .

I paid $45 and it wasn't worth it.

Took an hour spent $35 on the Vip wash never even wipe my rim's down or my wheel Wells. All around bad j9b.

It was horrible I pay 24.99 and they didn't vacuum my seats or clean my dash or my doors not sure what that was suppose to cover but wow really I won't go back

I absolutely love their attention and dedication to what they do i live about 20 minutes away but drive all the way over here because I just love how they take care of my car

I took my car to Breezy's hoping they'd be able to help clear up the calcification/spotting on my front hood which resulted from years of washing my car with hard well water. Their retailer gave me a great deal. Acid washed the whole car and resealed. Looks like new. I was so unbelievably thankful.

Not trustworthy people. I had a friends car get hit here and the manager wouldn't even bother coming out. These are not the morals of good people. AVOID this place.

BEST car wash I've ever had. And I only got the "Basic Plus." Don't waste your time with the other (overpriced) car washes. This place has the best value, customer service, and results of them all.

We were vacationing in the area and our car desperately needed to be washed. We stumbled upon Breezy's and without a doubt is THE BEST car wash ever. The attention to detail was amazing! We have a favorite car wash here in Northern VA, but now we wish we had Breezy's . I was not only impressed with the way the car was cleaned, but the number of people who checked to make sure it was up to their standards. We spoke to one gentleman who was obviously in some management position, and he was great. It is almost worth the drive from the DC area just to get this wonderful carwash!!

Job itself was fine but I had to go back because I was missing my Disney World magic band. I was told that someone considered it "garbage" even though I had loose pamphlets and papers piled in the back with my other possessions.

I'm awful at confrontation so I passively voiced my concern to Brandon and received a response that was more indifference than acknowledgement.

All the staff at the carwash seemed to be stressed out. After I went through the carwash I asked one of the tenants if I give them extra money if they can wipe down my windshield in the inside of my car and he said he was too busy and he can't do that I was a little disappointed. But in their defense they were very busy.

They do good work, but if you you want it timely..forget it..an hour and fourty five minute wait for a normal car wash..

So sad.. could be a great location. Poor management. Probably a family that can t agree how to manage. Speed and efficiency must be learned. They can t seem to figure out how to make there operation fast and efficient.

They did an amazing job! The interior was cleaned very well I'm not sure why the reviews say they do bad at the interior.... if you want the interior perfect you have to get a full service detail. The customer service was great and I will be back for sure!! Keep up the great work !!!!

Service is great, even when a mistake was made i informed them and they corrected it.

Great service and friendly people. I borrowed a friend's car and took it there for a wash as a favor, and the passenger side mirror came loose.
"Nick" repaired it no questions asked, on the spot. Not bad for an older auto. I was amazed at how quickly it was repaired and with no hassles.

I have gone there with my own car and was very pleased with the complete cleaning ( inside and out). This is the place to go for a car wash.

HORRIBLE!
I should have just thrown $130 into the garbage can, as I left with a car that was still filthy inside & out!
And to top it off, the staff was rude & just wanted to argue about it.
When I said: why don't you just go grab a towel & wipe the dirt off?
The owner's son said: we are closed now!
It was 3pm!

I will never ever go there again. I have been there two times now, the 1st time, shame on them, the 2nd time, shame on me. I have learned my lesson! No wonder there are never any cars there. Whereas, Johnny's car wash always has a line to get in.
They are not in the business of customer service!

I will drive to SRQ to get my car washed from now on!

Been to Breezy s car wash a bunch they do a great job Brandon recommend for me to get a clay bar polish and wax on my truck after what eduin did to my car last week I didn t Hesitate at all for any detail by this place. This place is the best in Florida for wash and detail ask anyone. Can t figure out how to send pictures through this but when I can the before and after pictures tell at all after checking into it I will repost thanks to all the breezy car wash team.

So I had a complete exterior detail done on my Tahoe last week... and it didn t turn out great. I spoke with the owner and manager and they immediately scheduled it for a re do . Edwin did the work- an absolutely AMAZING job! I couldn t be happier w/ the final product and customer service . It s nice to do business w/ a place that stands behind their work. Been coming here for 7 years.. and looking forward to many more.

Had my Tundra detailed today at Breezy s and couldn t be happier. Eduin did a fantastic job making my truck look brand new. Took a lot of time on the interior as well as the seats needed coffee stains removed.
It took about 2 hours and they have a nice waiting area. Try them, I think you will be happy too.

I was told it would be quick since there were no people but 1.5 hours later the car was not ready. He consistently made up a story about where the car was and in no way sounded apologetic - he couldn t care less. They even ask for tips on advance! Wonder why?

I will find another place for my next wash.
