I choose this taxi company, they make travel very easy

Wow really not happy this time and they are too busy for me to go in and complain. I was there over an an hour waiting for my car too.

Not so fantastic of a job this time around... paid for the VIP wash... Bugs still stuck to the front of my truck and didn't bother to wipe off the running boards... I'll just wash my own truck next time.

Poorly cleaned interior. I will do it myself next time.

I work at a local pizza company and this is the 3rd time ive delivered to the employee's at this car wash and every single time i was stiffed so it seem's only fair that if they don't tip here they don't deserve to be tipped either it's called karma and i will be spreading the word about your janky employee's!!!!

Sometimes they do not clean the windows that well and it's very important to me. Other than that they all work hard

I have been coming here for years. But over the past 3 months takes an hr. To get care washed and the front desk guy is a dick. Have 2 more washes left on my card . Won't come back any more.

I did not like anything pay 50 dollars for a super clean and left equal to the amicarro enter the board and flying screen was yeno of land very bad experience I touch and very bad service besides seve they used neither the vacuum cleaner in my chairs the servisio of today is worse than when I ask for a regular service and even so a regular I think it's cleaner than the superclean that pays

Best car wash in the area. High recommend Breezy s for taking care of your vehicle.

Cost extra to remove the bugs and my roof is still dirty.

I've been going to Breezys for fifteen years. It has always been the only car wash I use. Unfortunately, in the last six months or so the customer service has gone from a 10 to a 2. I just went today and waited in the express lane for 10 minutes while the employees were talking to a detail customer and completely ignored me and the person in front of me. All the employees that worked there for years are gone and the new ones don't seem to give a damn. I very rarely write reviews. I'm only doing this because I've had literally a dozen bad experiences in a row. I want my old Breezys back.

Best car wash I have ever been to for the money , The 20.00 special inside and out you cannot beat it Vets get 10% off just tell them .

Average car wash for the money paid. A few bugs splattered on the front still remained. Trunk and bumper area had areas where the brush barely touched. Free vacuums are a plus but don't set your expectations too high unless you go for maybe the more full service options.

Update: Breezys manager made it right will definitely be back

Went this week for a breezy basic and a extra hot wax. I wish I knew the attendants name who said I really needed a full wax and would give me a vip handwax special for 44.99 so I did that. They literally waxed the dirt into my car the inside was barley vacuumed. I have been here many times and will be taking my business elsewhere

I ve been taking my work van here to get detailed for the last year. The price started out at $36.99 just to have the outside washed and they did an OK job. A year later I m now paying $49.99 just to have the outside washed!! The quality of job has not gotten any better and this last time looks like they wiped the whole thing down with a dirty rag. Very disappointing. Not worth 50 bucks plus a $10 tip I left. I don t recommend going here.

Love this place... out car always comes out looking new again... inside and out whenever we get the "VIP Full Service" car wash. Greta value for $33.99 plus tax and tip

Went to get a wash ..... Wasn't vacuumed properly the interior wasn't cleaned and there was spots all over the car got home wiped it down and cleaned it now looks detailed

I haven t had my car for a month yet and I brought it up to get a car wash. I was not happy when it was done and told the guy that was wiping it down that. He said if I take it back around they would rewash it for me. At first they did not do that just wiping down the spots I could see. Went back into talk to the manager but Eillen was following me in and she knew I was not happy so she had me pull it into the detail part and started wiping it down again and also took it back through the car wash. Eduin and Derek finished it off for me. Those three were the stars of the day I give them five stars for being so helpful. Thank you and I will return.

They do a good job for they money. Several different washes and services available to choose from

$44 and some change I just spent. I have water still dripping everywhere on my car, the dash still has dust on it and they didn t even shine my wheels. Nor did they even touch my trunk like it says for the vip This was my first visit and will be my last to

Got the external works. They really took time to make it perfect. Also gave me a ride home so they had all day to hold their promise of results.

Been coming here now on and off for almost 5 years and I have always been satisfied. Customer service is pretty good, but I brought my car in recently for a complete detail which costed me a little over $200 dollars and there were several things that were looked over. I brought the car back in a few hours after it being done, to point out some seat belt buckles (not the straps because they do not clean belt straps or headliners which is understandable) that needed to be cleaned because they were pretty dirty, to which they were more than happy to fix but the next day as I started really looking at the car there were things that were not cleaned such as my side pockets on my doors, my dome light buttons, and a lot of little crumbs in the grove of the floors where the drivers seat is. Now if I paid a cheap price then I would say you get what you paid for but over $200 and I am not impressed at all. I would come back possibly for a simply wash and vacuum, but unfortunately I do not think I would come back for a full detail. On a brighter not they did do a nice job of restoring my headlights, which does come with a one year warranty.

I paid for the silver package which was 14.99 and I do not feel that I received the service that I paid for my car looked the same why it did when I brought it in Convenient location but I will not be returning

Good car washing place if only their employees would take more pride in cleaning a customers car then I would have given 5 stars.

I asked them not to worry about the outside, but to make sure the inside was clean. Got home to find the inside was dirty still in the doors and more.

I drive into the next county for this business and it's always worth it! Recently was amazed that two colors of melted crayons next to car seat were removed! Management is clean, organized and friendly. Comfortable and cool waiting area inside.

Literally just had my brand new 2019 truck there not only did they upsale and over charge me but items are now missing from the middle console and the entire driver side isn't clean it's literally like this full service detail/wash missed the entire side... I will never be using this car wash again I have never had this much issue I have broughtin multiple other vehicles here for years never an issue but theivary ontop of just not doing the job that was paid for is two types of robbery

Best car wash you will ever get along with good service friendly atmosphere and a fun gift shop.

This place is great every time I've had my car washed here there is absolutely no water spots whatsoever the car looks brand new. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful I would recommend this car wash above any other car wash if you want your car to look pristine

Rip-off!!! I have been using there service for years on 4 different vehicles.They recently have switched management and the last 2 times they have tried to add on fees and have done a terrible job as far as QUALITY! I personally know the owners Dick and Wendy and they are good people so hopefully they get this figured out! I will never use there services again at this point!

What an absolutely refreshing experience! All of the staff was amazing and very friendly. Josh is the one who detailed our car and wow! We were seriously blown away. Phenomenal job! I'm still drooling over its perfection. Definitely returning.

my boss went to get her car cleaned out and was mentioning that a guy named eduin walked her through the cleaning details and me knowing her she had some really dirty seats like is she ate off of her seats 1,000 times lol but she recommended me to get them cleaned at breezys and i did i specifically asked for someone who knows how to clean extremely good. so eduin comes out and walks me through the process and with a very polite and respectful manner. he guaranteed to me that he will do his best work and he did ! thank you very much eduin !

I ve been coming to this place for 3 years now and always paid for the VIP for $30, in between car washes I d come and do the self service vacuum with no problem. Today there s a sign that the vacuums are for express customers only. The vacuums are weak as an infant. I m guessing it s changed ownership again and now the service all the way around is bad. Not to mention in April when I bought a new car from SC I brought it in to get the VIP. Well that s what I paid for. I had to bring it back again the next day because under my mirrors we re still green from pollen. I showed them what was still uncleaned and untouched, and they gave me attitude. There s other car washes in the area and I m sure they will be willing to have my business.

Awful job on my truck....And I'm not the one that is a complainer, but I paid $96 dollars and I was still nice and gave the young man up front a tip, because it wasn't his fault..

They always do an excellent job on both full service & quick washes.

I came in today to get a car wash and the greeter pointed out to me that I needed a clay bar cause I had over spray and my headlights were really bad. I wasn't planing on getting anything but a wash , but after the greeter said he would give me a deal that I couldn't say no to I did it. When I picked up my car Alex the detailer did a excellent job

Long wait, poor job. Back windshield wasn t dried on my truck, water spots all over. Went back, I received a bad attitude when I pointed out the flaws. Won t be going back.

Got a great detail from a guy named truck. He s very thorough and will be getting business from me and my family as long as he s there. Strongly advise at and everyone with a vehicle to go and see him

They lost 2 of my floor mats and then say they weren't in there. Car wasn't cleaned on the inside. Windows dirty, dusty dashboard. Paid for clay and wax and was only hand waxed. Guy said there was miscommunication. Not on my end.

It took forever under staffed but my car looked good

This place has been getting worse with every visit. I went today and got "The Favorite" and for $24.99 plus tax and tip you'd think they would at least wipe the dust off the wheels. Wrong. I arrived at 9:34 am and left at 10:45am with my car looking like I just went through a gas station car wash. There is confusion after the cars come out of the wash and no rhyme or reason to how they prioritize. Because some d-bag started yelling about his car not being done, they quit working on my vehicle to go do his. I arrived at least 10 minutes before he was even there, yet he was given priority. I asked for a manager and was told there was an assistant manager on duty. This assistant manager never came out to address my concerns or even acknowledge them. My car is now clean after having it washed again elsewhere. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration by skipping this place. This was not my first visit to Breezy's, but it was definitely my last.

Shawn and Bruce did a magnificent job on my car. It looks like it came off of the Showroom floor. Please ask for them. Bruce, the owner might not be here, but Shawn will. You won t regret coming here.

THIS PLACE HAVE THE BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN. I NEVER SEEN YOUNG MEN LIKE THE ONE'S WHO WERE THERE CLEANING MY CAR THE WAY THEY DID. THEY RESTORED MY LEATHER SEATING IN THE CAR BACK TO ITS NEW LOOK WHEN I GOT IT A YEAR AGO. THEY TAKE THERE TIME TO MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE COME OUT SPOTLESS. AS IF IT IS THERE OWN VEHICLE...AS LONG AS I AM IN JAX THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE. THEY DID A BETTER JOB THAN CAR SPA. BREEZY IS ON THE CORNER OF ATLANTIC AND ST JOHNS BLUFF...

I simply want to say that we appreciated the care and courtisy received at Breezy Car Wash.

Honestly, not what I expected. We bought the 29.99 vip wash. The cars carpets were still dirty, n, upon closer inspection after we drove home ( much is just 2 miles away) we found that the dirt on the side of the car was still there, though less visible of course. Had to clean it off the good old way with microfibers. My spouse had been at this location before, but with a much more expensive service, something like all interior dryclean plus wash , and then they did a much better job. So not sure what factors played here, different staff or different service package, or both.

Love this car wash. Close from home and it has vacuum if you want to clean inside on your own! Love it!

I took my 2013 Hyundai Tucson in today for the first time and I am beyond impressed with the job James did! My car looks better, inside and out, than it did when I bought it. My headlights are no longer foggy. Everything is so shiny and pretty. On the outside there were these swirl marks from where someone who had the car before me used a buffer that I could never get rid of and James got rid of them! I highly recommend this car wash and James!! I left a tip on my card for him and whatever cash I had in my wallet and I still feel like it wasn't enough for everything he did! Kudos to you James!!

Edwin Recommend me to do a full detail on my car but he was busy with another customer but if you want any details done I recommend Edwin for the job he s a real good detailer

The absolute worst experience ever. This was my third time coming to this establishment and the washes were average but today they threw my deceased mother's rose in the trash.... I'll never go here again. The washes weren't anything to brag about but I support local business, Never again

They actually did a great job cleaning my vehicle full detail I would recommend them to everybody and all the staff and employees were very professional

I am very disappointed with this location. I paid for a full service VIP and received a basic wash at that. Several exterior spots went untouched and easily view able in a black vehicle. Several interior spots were missed as well and found two towels under my back seats from the company. 6/9/18 at 12:54 car#230 I have lost all faith in going back to this company and should have done the work myself. Don't feel the $10 tip was deserved at all.

Breezy is the best car wash place out there, and Brandon makes it even more exceptional! He always looks out for your best interest, and gives you the best rates saving you a buck or two. Also, your car comes out looking phenomenal they go above and beyond, and I m so happy I found this place. When you re here ask for Brandon, because he will have your best interest at heart.

Had them detail s pick up that had not been cleared in years. They removed all the pet hair a the inside looks almost new again.

Raised the price four basic Car Wash again twice the man that took my money was not friendly. Will search for some other car wash

I was in today to have my truck cleaned because I had some kind of over spray on it and Edwin did a great job on it

Stopped in to have love bugs removed and car vacuumed. I was offered a "special" to remove the bugs and a wax to help with future removal. I told him I had 45 minutes and he said that was plenty of time. It took an hour and 15 minutes and because I had to leave I didn't inspect the work before I left. Once I finished my appointment I inspected the car. Other than the fact that the love bug wings were gone the bug guts were still on the car and have been waxed over so I have not been able to remove the bugs myself. None of the door jams or trunk jam were cleaned or wiped. I noticed a scrape on the top edge of the back bumper I hadn't seen before. But I cannot fully blame them because I didn't specifically look at the bumper prior to the "wash".

The express wash is an excellent deal and everyone was super friendly.

They left water spots on the car and when asked about it just said oh well. $23.00

Edwin promised he could hand was my car in 45 minutes. He did a great job and finished in under 40 minutes and my blue Audi A3 has never looked better! Edwin rocks!

I have lived in the are for 15 years. My wife and I had a guy named Alex detail our Honda Pilot and I have never had ANY OTHER PLACE IN TOWN do a better job. He gave incredible customer service he was quick and thorough. Our car hasnt looked this good since we purchased it. I highly recommend this place and asking for Alex!

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago, just arrived from Maine and wanted to get the New England road salt off my Challenger. A great group of folks!! Car was taken right care of. Even the owner was involved with people coming in. Great place and I will be back!! Thank you
