Unit was very clean, check in and checkbout was very quick and efficient. The unit was very comfortable for two couples and would highly recommend it.

We rented a property managed by this company. Had issues with water heater first night in. Although they sent someone out the next day to "fix" or actually increase the temperature of the water heater, the dealing I had with the General Manager is one of the worst customer service I ever had. He was very rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. He questioned why we would shower at 11 pm, why our family would shower back to back, why it takes us 15 minutes to shower, etc..That is our business and if we paid $4,000k to rent a condo, we should shower when we want to! Even the technician they sent out was very rude and unprofessional as well. This is our vacation- shouldn't have to have such upsetting experiences. Save yourself the headache- I would not advise to rent from Summit Mountain Rentals!

SMR truly make this a vacation, so easy to book, easy to check in and check out. Everything was great with the condo, all the items you need to stay in and cook after a long day on the slopes. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels and toiletries. Highly recommend!

Summit Mountain Rentals is an awesome, locally owned management company! (Not a big, national chain!) They really care about their guests and property owners. All their properties meet high standards one would expect for a vacation rental in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brooks Hill Lodge. Check in with Summit Mountain Rentals was a breeze. The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect - walking distance to town but in a beautiful forested area with views of the mountains.

Rental went smoothly. Place was as advertised, perfect for our ski vacation.

We are scheduled to check in on Sunday, March 15. Unfortunately, right after the country declared a National State of Emergency during a worldwide health pandemic. We obviously made the reservation months in advance. Local ski resorts announced closings and I was amazed that the property mgmt group was completely unwilling to work with ya during a world health crisis. They offered a credit for future stay within one year. Everyone in the hospitality business is allowing for full cancellations with refunds and no penalties. Will return to Summit County but won t be using any properties managed by this group. It s all about the money!!!!! I choose to do business with people that do what is right !

Easy check in and check out. 10 miles to Breckenridge. Clean with comfortable beds. The loft area is a third bedroom, plus three total bathrooms. 2 miles to downtown Frisco with several restaurants and bars.

Gold Camp II The management company has excellent customer service, well attended office hours and all requirements for using the property were clearly spelled out in the arrival package. Will definitely use them again next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the luxurious Kerrington Court Estate. We can't say enough about this beautiful 3 level home. It is spacious with breathtaking views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for two families - plenty of pots/ pans, spices, tableware, etc. The upstairs loft room with 4 twin beds, bathroom, and living area was perfect for the kids. The downstairs has three bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room and living area which provided a nice place for the kids to hang out, watch tv, play video games or board games after a day of hiking and offered privacy for the other family. The living area on the main floor was spacious and accommodated 2 families very comfortably- all ten of us were able to eat at the able together and be in the kitchen/ living area without feeling crowded. The main floor master bedroom has a gorgeous bathroom with steam shower, tub, and large closet. The outdoor living areas include a hot tub off the lower level living room and main level large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and fire table - a perfect spot to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds the home. The home is in a neighborhood about 10 - 12 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and is close to many nice hikes. The house is surrounded by trees and mountain views and sits high on the lot so you don't feel like you are in a neighborhood with other homes. The management company was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

We have booked with Summit Mountain Rentals before and were once again happy with their service. We stayed at the River Mountain Lodge, but booked through Summit Mountain Rentals. They were easy to book through and let us know before we even got to Breckenridge that our condo was ready.

Summit Mountain Rentals was great to rent from. They have a good selection of condos, a cool mobile app and a good service.

Our stay at the Frisco Sports Chalet B202 was absolutely wonderful!! First off the place is GORGEOUS with a beautiful view of the mountains and town. Everything in the place seemed top notch and gives you that mountain vibe. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed plus more. It had all the kitchen utensils you could need, spices, games, toiletry items, amazing master shower and jacuzzi, love a place with a washer and dryer, fans in each room, fireplaces, grill, etc.! Lots of thought was put into this place of what people would need during their stay and they did a perfect job. Also we loved that the bus stop was right next to the place, so we didn't have to walk hardly at all to it. We skied in Copper, so what was great is the bus stop was the last stop to go to copper (meaning less time on the bus) AND we were the first to be dropped off when leaving copper. Sooo that too was perfect! Thank you for providing us with an excellent stay for my husband and I and our kids! We will definitely be renting again!

Absolutely loved this rental. Must have just gotten new carpet because it was so clean and fluffy! Fireplace was great, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Location was amazing, super easy getting equipment rental from Charter right next door. Thanks for the last minute rental Summit!

Great experience with Summit Mountain Rentals, booked with them directly. Log home in Breckenridge CO was perfect for our 2 families. Summit Mtn was easy to work with, clear about expectations and even provided an app to make our stay easier. The home was as advertised and all the employees we worked with were friendly and helpful. We vacation a lot around the US and Canada and this was our best vacation lodging, thanks Summit Mtn Rentals!

The rating would be a lot higher because the cabin we stayed in was really nice but we only ended up staying in the cabin for 1 night because a bad storm came in and we got stuck in Fairplay for 3 nights in a shelter. So those 3 nights we missed out on our cabin and when speaking to staff at Summit everyone said something different. Then check out day came when the storm got better and they said they would charge us if we checked out after check out time. We finally were able to get back to the cabin and got all of our stuff. We didn't get to enjoy our cabin at all and it was our kids very first real vacation. So it was a huge let down. The reason for the low review is because I don't feel like summit rentals did anything to help us and it was a scary trip for us.

The staff was very informative, easy to work with and helpful. We stayed at Troon Haus and it was awesome. The house was clean and had everything you needed. It was two blocks from downtown, a block from the grocery store, and within walking distance to many restaurants. If you want the ultimate experience call Summit Mountain Rentals. We will rent from them again.

Wonderful holiday week experience. Professional, courteous service from the management company. A few minor needs were promptly addressed during our stay. Silverview was a delightful property. Spacious, elegant home with beautiful views from all living spaces. The floor plan was conducive to privacy for multiple adults and children, with comfortable gathering spaces in the great room, media room and dining room. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths - 2 king masters , 2 queen deluxe guests and one twin bedded room, along with a private sleeper sofa off one guest master, all with ensuite bathrooms - 11 could sleep comfortably with complete privacy. 4 more could be accomodated the full sleeper sofas in the media room and loft - albeit with less privacy. Several delightful private nooks for reading or enjoying mountain views. Decor and finishes can only be described as sophisticated mountain elegance . Well designed, fully equipped kitchen. We prepared some excellent meals and wanted for nothing in the kitchen and dining area. The hot tub was excellent - easy access on an open deck with beautiful mountain views. We d love to see the property in the summer. Good parking for 4-5 vehicles - 2 in garage, 3 in drive. Overall a wonderful stay!

This comapny was very hospitable, we checked out at 10am to go ski, and they allowed us ( a group of 4 ) to take a shower in their office at 5pm so that we wouldn t board our flight feeling uncomfortable and sweaty. Really great people, great experience!

We had a great experience with Summit Mountain Rentals! Made it easy and for a fantastic price! We will book with them again over the other major rental companies as there wasn t the extra fees.

Extremely frustrated by booking agency who is identified as "Summit Rentals or Vail Resorts". In all the emails, the agency never directly identified them themselves other than these 2 names. The SMR unit we stayed at Wildwoods was average. Pets are allowed and it shows in the units. Location was extremely convenient for shuttle to peaks and downtown Breckenridge. For booking through this agency, there was a discounted price for lift tickets that was included, that was nice. My frustration comes out of extremely poor customer service. I had sent an email to them regarding a miscommunication in my booking of which I received "NO RESPONSE". My advice, don't use agency. I'd be very leery about even purchasing insurance since they seem to be lax in response to customer service.

Recently stayed at Wildwood Suite 308 in mid January. Overall was comfortable, relaxing, and decent location. Hike to Snowflake lift was about 5 min. Shuttle to other peak's down by the road 2 min walk. Pics shown online were slightly deceiving, made the location look larger than the suite really was, but did not effect our stay at all. 5 stars for the customer service provided by Summit Mountain Rentals and quality of our stay.

We stayed here four nights in Aug 2020 and LOVED it! Small but well laid out, great view of the fast flowing creek. Perfect balcony and perfect location. We'll be back!

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Trails End Condominiums. Great place to stay. Enough room for 2 adults, 2 kids. Heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs across the street. Best - walk out the back door and you are at the chairlift in about 200ft. Great service by SMR. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive to needs, helpful answering questions about the local area. Our rental was clean, well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen utensils, pans, needs. Made the process easy.

Great company to work with! Very easy in and out. Highly recommend. The home we rented wasn't perfect but neither am I....

The property we stayed in lacked kitchen utensils, bedding was less than impressive, and heater in master bedroom didn t work well. The property as a whole was mediocre. The hot tub was not functional, the community hot tubs and pool that is shared with numerous condos, was impossible to book. We tried every morning at exactly 10:00 am as started by the staff, but was already booked. The staff on property and at check in were very helpful and friendly. We were not notified that lift tickets needed to be pre purchased online, and had to drive at least 1 hr everyday to ski. This was very disappointing as we paid to stay on the 4 o clock run to have the luxury of ski in. Had there been better communication about these things, our trip would have been a success.

Great place for families. Lot's of space. Well stocked with everything one needs (we had Thanksgiving there and they had everything to accommodate the cooking and serving!). The pictures do not do it justice!

We stayed in Unit 103A at Tannebaum by the River. The condo was modern, very spacious with room for a large family, and a five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. (Even faster without kids.) My only quibble is with the unit s heating mechanism along the baseboards, which makes a loud gong like noise every time it kicks in during the night. I suspect it s the same heating mechanism used in the other condos, but is definitely something to take into consideration if you re a light sleeper. As far as Summit Mountain Rentals, they were professional and responsive but the lack of a shuttle is definitely a drawback if you don t bring a car. Other agencies offer a shuttle and it makes the stay more enjoyable if you didn t bring a car.

Wonderful place to stay. Had a good view from the bottom floor. (Loft had a ski light which was covered with snow.). Room was clean and comfortable. Fireplace turned with a flick of a switch. Had a garbage disposal and dishwasher and they provided the detergent for the dishwasher. Also had a few laundry soaps available. And a much of towels which we put in the closet to make more room on the bathroom sink. Minor negative was you had to pick up and drop off the key which was the next building down Hill St (towards main) and could use a few more bowls and flatware. Easy pickup to the gondola or Beaver lift (across the street). End the day skiing to condo on 4 O'clock from peak 8.

Buyer beware. I looked up one of their properties as the rate was really good. $105 for a 2 bedroom. The catch (bait and switch)???? $350 cleaning fee. I know labor is somewhat more expensive in Summit county but how much does it really cost. Half the charge for our 4 day fee was the cleaning fee.

Great location! Easy check-in. Let us store stuff in lobby for a couple of hours while we waited for our shuttle. Had a minor repair needed and they jumped on it very quickly! Great experience.

We stayed at 0290 Broken Lance, #301A.
This place worked great for a long ski/snowboarding weekend with my husband and I and 2 adult sons. It was clean, well furnished, quiet and conveniently located. The only negative thing was that the gym only consisted of a stationary bicycle, the sauna and steam rooms were off, the rec room was a ping pong table in the same room as the gym , and the hot tub was warm not hot. The office staff was kind enough to give us a coupon for the local Rec Center a few miles away, but it would have been better if everything was on site. Overall, I would stay here again, but would call prior to booking to confirm amenities... and/or maybe look for a better rate.

We always have a good time at our getaway spot for Memorial Day Weekend in Breckenridge, but we usually book through VRBO. This year, I booked straight through Summit Mountain Rentals and it was great! Not only was it cheaper because they don't charge the fees associated with VRBO, but it was much easier. The only downside to booking through them is that checkout is at 10 am, which is hard to do after a really fun weekend.

This is my 3rd time renting with Summit Mountain Rentals. THEY ARE SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!! every time I have rented, The place is exactly how they show it on the photos. The place is always so cozy and so clean and smells amazing! We love this place. Check out the view we recently captured from the view here! We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had such a wonderful experience at Summit rental home. The house was exactly as the pictures shown with easy access to bike path, Main Street, playground and Marina. Mary and Mark were more than knowledgeable and accommodating. Totally coming back again. Highly recommend!

We had the best weekend getaway! This location was in the perfect spot for walking the main strip and enjoying local activities. We only hopped in the car once because everything was within walking distance.
Our location was cozy and warm. Lots of space for the family to enjoy fun and still have privacy when needed.

This was a 3 couples weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it! Gorgeous view, relaxing private hot tub, comfortable updated condo. About a 3 min walk to the restaurants and shops in downtown Breckenridge! Much thanks to the host/management!

Was a great place to stay. Had plenty of space for the 12 of us. They had enough dishes, towels etc. for our stay was nice to beable to cook there. Hot tub was great, view was beutiful, and they had games and puzzles to do if needed. I woud go again.

We have rented several places in Breck until we came across SMR. This is the best rental company! Their properties are cleaned; check in/check out are friendly and fast. We had to ask for maintenance service this time and the crew was efficient and professional to have the issues take care of. The SMR called to follow up to check in with us after. Use SMR for your Breck vacation! You will not be disappointed!

Awesome stay at Wood Manor condo!! Dealing with Summit Mountain Rentals was very smooth and they were always quick to respond to all my needs. The condo was very nice, clean and centrally located to everything in Breckenridge. I will definitely stay here again!!

Where to start... The check in process was rocky as we filled the paperwork out for our house then had to wait for the keys.. this was about 3:50pm so we understood we needed to wait till 4pm. The women who checked us in suggested we go to a bar down the street and she would call us when it was ready, however, we had groceries in the car and we had come in from a long drive so we waited in the car. As time went on it eventually hit 4:30pm and we had heard no news.. so we decided to go inside and wait and the same women came running up to us with the keys. It had seemed they forget to call us and the house had been ready the whole time.

The first night was an absolute NIGHTMARE. At about 11pm a very LOUD piercing alarm went off and scared us awake. We thought someone was in the house because the alarm was so outrageous. We called Summit Mountain Rentals and they said there was no alarm on their end and there was nothing they could do. They didn't even offer to come by and check it out. We were so terrified we left the home and stay in a hotel room for the night. The next morning we went to the office and explained the whole matter and had someone take a look at the home and found nothing.

After that night we heard no alarms but the home was super noisy.. you could hear "dripping" noises on the lower level as clear as day. There was also a lot of broken items in the home.. glassware, chairs, and windows. The home had very weird decor that was not very welcoming at all.

All in all we were very disappointed with our stay and will not be booking with summit mountain rentals again or even this home. It was absolute NOT worth the price we paid for this home. The Hot Tub and Location is what we paid for I suppose..

Very comfortable and roomy. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well provisioned. Decor is about 10 years behind, but who cares. Note that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. If you re visiting from an area with low altitude, it ll kill ya.

The most dog friendly properties available. They are very professional and easy to book with.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Slopes and Main Street. Kitchen was fully stocked and equipped with everything you need. Electric fireplace, heated tile in the bathrooms and a fab master shower are all a plus! Couple of things we noticed were the rugs throughout had not been cleaned and when we unfolded the sofa bed, we found Dorito crumbs within. Place is overall great, would recommend and stay again.

Cedars 29 worked perfectly for my family. The location was great, an easy walk to Main Street. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the communication was superb.

I booked the condo on 1/14 for a week stay starting 3/19. I called to cancel on 1/28 as my wife had an emergency surgery. Summit Mountain still charged me over $624.36. I offered to pay $200 and they would not provide me a credit. I will never book with Summit Mountain Rentals again and I would recommend you do not either.

We loved visiting Breckenridge! The house we rented had some plumbing poo water that flooded the basement. We had to move upstairs (2 babies) called multiple times and they came out multiple times. We finally had to say we were leaving on the 3rd day. Only Then they offered us another house which was great. They only refunded us $200 which didn t even cover the service fee/taxes. I tried multiple times to get ahold of the manager with no luck. We drove 30 minutes in ice/dark to pick up keys for a keyless entry. Not very organized. Will not be renting from them again. Vacasa will be our go to.

We stayed at Daybreak on the Blue cabin and we loved it. There was a group of 10 of us that stayed....my family of 5 and my twin sisters family of 5. We had such a great time there. We went during the kids spring break week. The cabin was a great size for all of us and it was awesome to have a hot tub to relax in after doing our activities. The cabin is also stocked up with games that we played a lot. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies to cook with which was very handy.

Great reservation system with constant communications. Check in/out staff was delightful! Unit was adequate and in a super location.

SMR was easy to work with and went out of their way to make my check in/checkout process efficient and easy. Everything in the condo unit was as advertised or better. I would definitely use them again.

This place was great. It gives you the remote cabin feel without taking you too far away from the resort So the grocery store and other activities were only 10 minutes away. The beds were comfortable, the wifi connection was good, they had nice appliances (washer/dryer, stove, oven), and a brand new grill. Neighbors aren t too close to where sound bleeding is an issue. Had a blast and would do again.

Summit Mountain was recommended to us by a friend, and they did not steer us wrong! There were plenty of options for lodging to choose from around the Breckenridge area. We went with a one bedroom condo (Timbernest) that was about a five minute walk from the base of peak 9, and about a ten minute walk from Main Street. We had a great experience from start to finish - check in was easy, the apartment was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We will definitely be booking through Summit Mountain in the future!

Mainridge A was a spacious condo off Main St with great location! Well furnished and updated design, personal hot tub and grill. Really liked the outside "bar seating area" to enjoy a few cocktails at the end of each day. . Really enjoyed our stay.

These guys are the best property management company in town. I have stayed with them 5 times now and every time has been great. Super clean homes/condos, easy and convenient check-in and friendly/responsive staff. If you are looking to stay in Frisco or Breckenridge, don't waste your time/money with anyone else, use Summit Mountain Rentals.

Perfect location and nice loft so you have plenty of space! Easy check in and they even stored my stuff for me while I went snowboarding the first day!

We booked a rental through Summit Mtn. Rentals on 2-18-20 for Sollotude Station in Frisco and paid a deposit of $1,171.81, before the pandemic. On 5-26-20 we spoke with Reid at Summit and he offered a couple of options regarding our rental due to our virus concerns. On 6-26-20, we spoke with Chris, Director of Guest Services at Summit and he told us that he would not honor Reid's options and we must forfeit our deposit. We love the Town of Frisco but will no longer do business with Summit. We could have rented this same property through VRBO but chose Summit. VRBO is more generous and flexible. We made a mistake by using Summit.

Great place. The people who helped in getting us booked in were very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had. It was nice to find something on short notice.

From the minute we signed our rental agreement, David Wilcox was beyond responsive and accommodating. He answered all of my questions, helped us with bike rentals and even picked up stuff we had shipped out at the post office and delivered to the rental unit. Such a good guy, and such a great experience in Breckenridge. Oh, and the rental was even better than advertised. Will definitely be back. Thanks for everything my friend, stay safe!

I booked this home for a family Xmas ski trip for 7 days and 11 months in advance.
The setting appealed to us: not too high, close to town but private w/ a view. This home is in the perfect location!
We had some arrival snags that weren t the fault of the rental company. The property owner may want to create a better system. Finding these problems upon arrival with toddlers and seniors in tow made for an agitating surprise:
No heat, no snow plowing making access to the house impossible, no coffee makers, fallen gutters w/nails exposed on deck, icy patio and decks.
Per the leasing group owner has private plowing arrangement. Also the furnace runs off a boiler- really?
The owner had our reservation (and money) for months and didn t have things ready?

Summit Leasing did jump through hoops for us to repair bad first impressions and to get the furnaces repaired.
The family of 21 stood down the road outside in the cold waiting for the private plows to arrive for 2 1/2 hours, groceries in hand and tired babies wailing.

As to the property, renters should be mindful that the bunk room is on a third floor of the house, not the second floor as portrayed. An extra flight of stairs was a big surprise. Also, it s accessed by walking through the bathroom of the second floor- if a door is locked there is no access.

The house is spacious for a large group. But the house is very rundown. It could desperately use a refresh.

I asked for a reasonably-priced condo in Frisco close to the Summit Stage bus stop. Mary Waldman found me just that. I was well informed every step of the booking process. Jonene and Eli were on hand in the Frisco office with welcoming answers to questions. Check in was easy and quick. So was check out. We were delighted with the service Summit Mountain Rentals provided and plan to engage them for our next visit to Summit County.

Our stay was perfect for my large family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms even had humidifiers we could use. Everything was clean. The HOA was shoveling the sidewalk bright and early after a heavy all night snowfall.
Perfect location in historic Downtown Breckenridge. The Gondola and a grocery store were right across the street.

First time we stayed in this place (Elk Mountain Lodge on Tiger Road). Check-in could have been easier by not requiring us to go to Frisco to put down a deposit (easily could have done that online). Layout of place was nice but it definitely needs some attention. Hardwood floors had some splinters. Wifi was not great (limited coverage throughout house). Downstairs bedroom had a nice TV that wasn't hooked up to anything. Shower drains all had hair in them which we scooped out *yuck*. Hot tub had little black plastic chunks floating in it from God knows what. Cigarette butts were all over the outside despite the house rules stating there was no smoking, inside or out. Some bulbs were burnt out, including over the stove. It could just use a good overall spring cleaning and some TLC. Location was great with a nice kitchen and sitting area. Deck was very nice too.

They are incredibly short sighted and won't even give a credit for us to use a later time due to Covid -we can't travel this year due to work and various other health reasons. Every other travel plan I had this year gave credits or refunds -I am fine with a credit but they are not doing that. Won't rent from them in the future.

Not worth renting through this company. Having rented extensively through vrbo and will always go through private owner after having this experience with them. If you must rent through them, buy the travel insurance. Best case scenario: don t rent through them.

The location is perfect for easy access to ski lift, restaurants, ski rentals and walks down Main Street! The condo is super cozy with modern and new appliances. Will come back again!

We stayed at WP40 for the first time in February 2020. We've stayed at WP units for the last seven years as we love their location and layout. Close to downtown and close to the Snowflake lift. WP40 is a very nice unit and has been updated. TV's in all rooms and humidifiers in all rooms was a nice touch. WP40 could use more kitchen utensils (serrated knives for bread, slotted spoons, tongs, etc. The only part that didn't meet our expectations were the community hot tubs. Having stayed at WP seven times before, I know there are lights in the hot tubs so at night you could actually see under the water and above. The first night my family and I went to use the hot tubs at 7 pm (dark) and both hot tubs were 50% occupied however both lights were off. Picture two pitch black pools with voices, but you ant't see who or how many people were in each one. Not a good vibe. Asked the attendant about the lights not working and he said there have never been any lights. There are, they're in plain sight, one in each hot tub as you can see them in the daylight near your calves. Called Summit Mountain Rentals and they were zero help. I realize
the pools/ tubs are managed/owned by a third party, but fix the lights please.

The location is convenient to most ski slopes and restaurants. Nice view of the lake. Quiet location and garage to park vehicle. Garage helps when it is snowing. I was a bit disappointed that the electricity was not working in the master bedroom and several plugs in the 2nd bedroom. Too many secondary outlets over circuiting the electrical plugs. The cable was not working due to network issues. There are plenty of books and board games which makes it fun when spending time with the kids. Family unity is important. There is a hot tub on the premises which is nice - however during COVID it is temporarily closed.
Overall, is nice place to stay with the family and plenty of beds for all the kids to sleep in a bed.

Great, big, clean, outfitted house. Easy access to everything.
