I just want to give a "Big Shout Out" to Boyd Automotive for the very positive experience I had purchasing my new car. I was able to do the transaction over the phone and via email, receiving a fair offer on my trade-in and reaching a very amicable agreement on the new vehicle. Upon my arrival at the dealership is was met by my Sales Rep. Ed Murdoch, who had everything in order, answered all my questions, explained the all the features, enabled my Bluetooth, etc. I could not have been any happier; I got exactly the car I wanted, the deal I wanted, and the customer service I expected. I'll look to them in the future should I have any new requirements.

Was just there 1/25/19. Got the email from Molly it was time to bring my GMC Acadia in for reg service. I depend on them letting me know when they want me to come in. They know me, and most of the time, someone comes out when I drive up, and greets me before I can even get out of the car! I turned in my keys, went to their spacious waiting/showroom. Maybe as long as an hour, a service tech came to where I was waiting, and showed/told me what all they had done. I'm ready for winter now! I checked out with the sweet check out lady, and headed to the door, moving kinda slowly with my cane, (bad knees), when a service front tech rep beat me to the door and held it open for me! He didn't have to do that, but you see how they treat their customers. I bought my 2016 Acadia there, and I'm a stickler for service after the sale. No problem there at all. Have bought several cars from Boyd's. Now you know why I won't go anywhere else, and I drive 15 miles from another county. They are like your doctor. I am keeping them! If you should be interested in a new or excellent used car, at least go by there, spend a few minutes talking to the folks there. What have you got to lose, and you might have much to gain!

Thanks to Ed Murdoch and the entire Boyd Team I had one of the best car buying experiences purchasing my new 2017 Cruze. We got a good deal on the new car and a very fair trade in price for my old car. Thanks to Ed previously giving me some information on the Cruze with a follow-up email we did not miss out on a 20% off sale.

I recently purchased a Chevy Colorado from Boyd Chevrolet Cadillac Buick in Hendersonville, NC. It was the first time I have done business with that dealership. I have purchased a lot of motor vehicles during my life but the experience at Boyd was the best. Absolutely seamless and we arrived at a fair price for my trade. Josh Hottel was my sales assistant. He answered all of my questions, demonstrated the features of the new truck, and in general treated me like I wanted to be treated. I will definitely return and do more business with Boyd.

Car buying is one of my least favorite activities in my entire life! I do not like being rushed, nor applied pressure to make decisions. That being said, I highly appreciated the service provided by the Boyd Team across the board. In particular, Mr. Manny Mayorga is a very pleasant and patient salesmen. I was impressed with his ability to read my body language and instantly understand my desire to take my time with absolutely no pressure.

Called last week for a price on a part for my Cadillac CTS-V. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jordan. Such a sweet and delightful individual! He was incredibly knowledgeable as well as polite in explaing that the part was not in stock but would have to be ordered. I give him and the services provided a 5 star review! Best car buying experience ever. When I started looking for a new vehicle I went to several dealerships and looked at several makes and models. I tolled all the salespeople the same thing, that I was shopping and not ready to buy. This caused an assault on my privacy with several text, emails and phone calls informing me of sales that were ending and I should come and take advantage of them before it was too late. They told me the car I wanted was there and they would reserve it for me. The car I wanted wasn t even there and they had my name on a more expensive one. I brought cash and a car as a payment. I drove over an hour away. Worst communication ever

Bought a car a couple months ago from here that I let them rip me off on, went back to trade in for a newer, more expensive truck. Never ran a credit app or picked a specific vehicle of interest, told me i needed 3-5,000 down, would not tell me a trade in value on my car or anything after they appraised it. Not sure if they were just trying to stickler me and not want my business or just trying to rip me off again. As a former sales person myself, I've never seen a dealership do such shady business. They knew what they were trying to ACV my car for but would never tell me the value of my car or what they would offer. Tried to be a returning customer for this dealership but not anymore.

We were happy that Ed Murdoch and Tony from finance were able to help save us money. They also held a car for us until we were able to buy it. Everyone at Boyd were courteous and friendly and they listened to what we needed in a vehicle. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and would do business with them again in the future.

I took my truck to Boyd s for some warranty work and was immediately pleased with the service department.
