The first time I went to Boyd's it was mainly to get an idea of the process. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, I didn't know where to start.
I spoke with Troy Russell and he was so generous with his time. He went over inventory and answered my questions. He gave me the information I needed in order to feel comfortable purchasing a car...even if it wasn't with him or with the dealership.
Fast forward about a month when I was finally ready to move forward with getting a vehicle. Boyd's had several options for what I wanted. I went back to Troy and he helped me all the way to the end! I'm so happy with my purchase and my experience!
