Bought a car a couple months ago from here that I let them rip me off on, went back to trade in for a newer, more expensive truck. Never ran a credit app or picked a specific vehicle of interest, told me i needed 3-5,000 down, would not tell me a trade in value on my car or anything after they appraised it. Not sure if they were just trying to stickler me and not want my business or just trying to rip me off again. As a former sales person myself, I've never seen a dealership do such shady business. They knew what they were trying to ACV my car for but would never tell me the value of my car or what they would offer. Tried to be a returning customer for this dealership but not anymore.
