Okay for coats and posh frocks but cafe very disappointing

Great place to purchase many items cheaper than main stores.

Good shopping and parking. Restaurants offer a wide variety of food and drink in pleasant surroundings.

Great big store you can spend hours in for clothing and house hold items. Great value cafe too.

Like the new layout but a bit confused why put the tills at the back of the store. Great that the changing rooms are now open. Just wish the car park was more dog friendly, nowhere to exercise and no shade.

Large store with great choice, plus concessions store for designer wear. Large free car park with disability access, cafe and restaurant.

Size of outlet has increased, unfortunately it's still aimed at the older people ( coach party brigade)

Very good quality products at reasonable prices, restaurant cafe and toilets here

Slippery cramped car park. Fell over and landed in mud and shrubs.
Walked into store, wet bruised and muddy. Limped to loos to clean myself up. Unable to enjoy shopping as uncomfortable following my fall so got stuff we needed and left.

Shame Camel in menswear has gone. Is it my imagination or have prices risen.

Lots to see .Lovely cafe and restaurant and a lovely fish and chips take away and restaurant .

Seemed to be a bit disorganised and unsorted don't find prices reasonable

I went to bannisters restaurant where all the staff were polite and the food was exquisite. I overall enjoyed my experience and would thoroughly enjoy coming again.

Getting more expensive to shop here but good selection.

Huge place with everything you could want under one roof. We went on a saturday which got very busy. Couldnt get into any of the eateries -so busy! You would be there all day if you wanted to look at everything. Would definitely return next time in the area.

Something for everyone here I dare anyone to go in this store and come out empty-handed and a nice day out to boot with free coffee and tea and croissant on a Sunday and nice modern dining so I recommend that all husband's keep a tight hold on their wallets

We went to boundary mill as they advertise cotton traders.I have never seen a more pathetic display of cotton traders.in all my life.in a store that size you would expect more than 4rails of the most undesirable clothes I have ever seen.if you want cotton traders clothes go to skipton.the store is brilliant and the staff are absolutely marvellous

Nice, clean, spacious retail outlet for mainly clothes shopping. M&S outlet on the first floor for ladies and gents attire. Enormous car park and first floor cafe.

I love Boundary mills, great bargains for all occasions you will never come away empty handed, and you will always go back, all staff where lovely, friendly and I would recommend it to anyone.

Loads of stuff for sale but I couldn't find what I need.

Massive store with plenty of named labels and good resteraunts

The toilets are ultra low I felt like I'd used infant school loos, terrible if you have have a bad back or arthritic knees

Massive bright store, good choice at good prices, if your looking for gift ideas for the Mrs or want to kit out a whole new kitchen or bedroom then it can't be beaten.

Also bought suits from them in the past and you get a professional friendly service with quality suits and excellent choice. Most of the time you can buy the suit for the same price as hiring one...

Better suit fitting service then that I've had previously at moss bros.

Fish and chips and the cafe are worth a visit too.

Not a bad place if you're furnishing your home. Sits between IKEA and John Lewis, with a dash of discount outlet about it.

Amazing selection of handbags. Lovely homeware. Good selection of eateries. Don't like it as much now they've moved the tills to the back of the store (but it's saved me buying extra things on the way out :) )

Enormous choice of clothes, shoes, kitchenware etc. etc....if you have the stamina you can spend ages here.

Smashing shop, wish we at one in Scotland be back soon as possible.

Got 2 large floors. Home products at the top and clothing the bottom. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something for the home. Lots to choose from. Clothing-wise a bit of a mix - depends on your age and taste.

Always a great experience. Took advantage of an offer that was on and got 2 pair Clarkes shoes for 25 pound. Never seen so many changing rooms. Brilliant

The mill has been extended since my last visit. We'll laid out but there is so much stock it's difficult to take it all in. When to Banisters resrraunt excellent food service second to none and all at reasonably priced don't miss it.

This is a huge, bustling outlet store selling everything from coasters to luggage and acres of well known label clothing (some even in plus sizes!). On this visit I only popped in to use the loo and cafe. Both were busy but also well kept and friendly.

Very quiet. Seems like they have thinned out the amount of clothes which made it easier to look around and avoid people. Had a pizza in restaurant which was also quiet.

Huge selection at very good prices, and super cafe with schoolchildren singing carols.

Wide range of designers, but just too much to see could do with a seating area so you can rest a while

Just had the Christmas menu in Bannisters... Excellent food and great value...

My first visit. Love the setting & being able to eat on the balcony enjoying the view. Decided to avoid Bannys as very busy with 50% off offer on. Store spacious enough to social distance. Posh loos just a bit low. No wonder they provide a handrail!

Didnt like it, as a walking stick user. I couldnt find anywhere to sit. I left my wife shopping and i sat in my car
