Good selection of everything! Easy to get there and lots of parking.

Brilliant. Now that it's been revamped inside. More room to move about and less claustrophobic. I've been here many times and usually managed to get what I've been looking for.
Today's visit was for curtains and the ladies that served us Dianne and Margaret were fabulous and so very helpful.
There are eating places on site for snacks or a sit down restaurant for a more substantial meal. A new pizzerias has opened but I haven't tried this yet. The others are very good.
There is plenty of parking but not enough spaces for the disabled and this could be a problem on really busy days.
This outlet is very clean and tidy through out the store including the toilets.
The staff are mainly helpful but do tend to clump together in pairs chatting although they do assist if you ask. The queues at the tills are long on busy days but they manage to get you through as quick as possible.
It's a good place to shop especially in winter as everything is under one roof.
I would have given 5 stars if there was more parking for the disabled.

Clothing is very good but the coffee shop not good ask for a bacon sandwich but told they had stopped serving them as it was after 11:30 but that doesn't take into account how long you had to sit there before they got around to serving you

Staff could do with more training. Twice I asked for something, to be told they didn't have it, only to walk a few paces to find they actually did!

Please serve the corned beef hash hot. It tastes better and should be easy to do.

Very popular with OAPs. now I know where my pension contributions are being spent.

Very reasonably priced clothing and other household items, A massive store containing other stores within.

Fabulous bargains! Helpful and friendly staff. Mrs B's afternoon tea was lovely and the renovated room is absolutely beautiful.

Reasonably priced but over populated with shopping zombies. Plan your trip people or at least look around for others trying to get past.

Great place, you can get so much in this large shopping area.
All set up for Christmas, lots of items for Christmas presents.

I have shopped at Boundary Mill since it first opened year's ago, the new store is great apart from food i can get just about everything i need, there's great bargains to be had as well. Thanks.

Store is situated at an easy access to Burnley,Nelson and colne. Store has clothing,footware, home and kitchenware sections. Lot of varieties in clothing both for men and women, sometime we get lost :-). Huge parking area and well maintained washroom are bonus. The downsides are store doesn't have much stuff for kids and not many seating areas to relax.

Not been here fir years. Had nice sandwich and brew in cafe. Picked up some bargain gifts to put away for next xmas ( well yiu have to think ahead dont you) !! Enjoyed nice change. Will go again soon.

Could spend all day and a lot of money here. A shoppers paradise something for everyone. Lots of bargains and beautiful clothes and fancy goods. Love the M&S outlet. Love the place!

Big changes made. Nicer getting around, more organised..big named brands, good prices. Several places to eat or quick snack.

I large custom built shopping experience, isles are cramped and there's a lot to see but lots of brand names and lots for the older generation in terms of clothing.

Great store. Loads of free parking. Not as cheap as you think.

Had a lovely shopping experience today, boundary mills have certainly changed the outlay with 2m social distancing well marked out. It's just a shame that some shoppers don't adhere to the rules.

Always plenty to choose from, clothes for every occasion, restaurant inside is also lovely. Twice ive eaten there now and both times have been great

I am specifically reviewing a visit to the cafe today. Recently re-opened, the new systems to ensure the health and safety of all seem to be well thought out and... hopefully ...effective. The most impressive aspects were, the individual wrapping of all food items and the cleanliness of the cafe. Tables were cleared when vacated and the floor was constantly cleaned. A good team effort, making for a comfortable experience.

Great place to shop now extended with shoe department. Great breakfasts to start your day.

Large store but stock mediocre.
If you are under middle aged then for clothes it's doubtful you'll be impressed. There was no continuity and very hard to find different sizes with a lot of items due to how jumbled they were.
The homeware section is plentiful but I wouldn't say it's somewhere to grab a bargain. The cafe is disappointing and expensive. Not a great range on offer and was rather bland

Quality clothing, shoes, interior design, kitchen ware, and more at bargain prices especially at sale times, Can get busy but worth dealing with a crowd. Cafe has nice food great coffee and they have an afternoon tea/ posh coffee and lunch dining room which is a real treat after a spell of shopping.

Large store. Good parking. Plenty of choice. If you like a good rummage...

Recently refurbished, all your favourite shops in one place undercover. There are cafes, well priced resteraunt with excellent service & good food & a chippy in the car park. Top brand fashion outlets, household goods, perfume, worth a visit.

Good bargains bought some cool clothes and relaxed with a tremendous pizza and cool drink

this store is large and has a great variety of goods, crafts, gifts etc.

I dobt like shopping but this place has lots of variety, something for everyone at reasonable prices xx brilliant

Not been for yonks but well worth the wait, pleasantly surprised, things are very well signposted and cater for all budgets

Good store, helpful staff, decent changing rooms and Bannister's Restaurant can't be faulted for friendliness, service and value.

Atmosphere and hospitality is they go above and beyond

Been going here for years and have seen how they've grown. Great selection of goods on offer. The large area downstairs can sometimes ve difficult to navigate.

Great shop with a wide selection of designer clothing and accessories...I found outfit, shoes, hat and make up for a wedding the same day!

It's all been re-done and it's better than it used to be it's more spacious and nicer clothes ..lots of discounts well worth a visit.

Loving the new layout. They have made it easier to shop and you can actually see the clothes on the rails without a struggle. The only downside , for me, was the trek to the back of the shop to pay for your purchases.

Having been a fairly regular visitor to various Boundary Mill stores, including this one, I was disappointed on my latest visit. The organisation of the store did not make it easy to find what you wanted. I was looking specifically for cooking utensils, but found that they were spread out over several different areas, with no obvious pattern to the layout. In the end, we became so frustrated that we gave up and left.

Came with a coach, Alex outside who greeted up was professional and competent. Service with a smile and definitely bring other coach trips here......

Store much improved since the recent remodel but I don't know why they chose to put the ground floor tills right at the back? Not a great idea if mobility is an issue. Tried Bumbellini's restaurant for the first time. There didn't seem to be enough staff on. Queues to be seated, a long wait to order but the food came quickly after ordering. Paying was a challenge, you have to get past one queue to join another one which is located in the middle of the trolley park. I'll go back to Boundary Mill but will be having fish and chips at Banny's next time.

Poor product range . The discount that was supposed to be added at the till wasn't.
