Very impressed with the alterations to the layout of the store ...was well overdue much easier to browse and shop

A particularly helpful member of staff called Barry helped me to decide on my wedding suit. A credit to your store.

The Tea Rooms are just delightful and extremely well managed ....ambience superb .....well worth a visit in.itself

Great for shopping & lunch. Lovely people & friendly. The only problem for me is I need a mobility scooter normally but they don't have any. They do have wheelchairs if you have someone to push you.

Great bargains to be had in clothes, gifts, homeware etc. Free parking. Got what we wanted and some extras at rock bottom prices.

Great venue for a day out, enjoyed by young and older! Lots of shopping bargains.. . great lunches too

Massive place to browse and shop. Excellent range of homewqre. Queues to pay can be long at weekends.

Never found much of any value here. Shoes and outwear are at decent prices but I would not call them 'bargains' at all. Many items are overpriced considering they are most likely old stock, imperfects and seconds. Not worth leaving your town centre and appears to be a magnet' for seniors IMHO.

Great shopping experience especially for suits. Huge variety and options for everyone however the staff i was served by had to be ridiculously undertrained! Absolutly no customer service skills no smile or anything! Horrible

Very busy on Saturdays but (1st floor) queue to pay not long and many cashiers. Sells clothes, shoes, luggage, kitchenware etc

Loads of parking and massive shop on 2 floors. Clothing is on the ground floor mens to right, female to left and shoes at the back. Upstairs is a Marks and Spencer outlet shop, coffee shop, restaurant and loads of homewares. Prices range from good through reasonable to more than high street prices. Lost a star for service and prices in the coffee shop.

Like an episode of the walking dead but with more expensive items. Only suitable for ladies over the age of 80

You need all day to shop here only had an hour so didn't get to see it all to many people didn't know it got that busy

Nice place for an afternoon out, good cafe and restaurant. Definitely worth a visit if the weather's not great!

Went looking for spring clothes, was full of winter clothes!!! Waste of journey.

Wish they had a changing places toilet the we could shop as well as eat.

Didn't find what I was looking for staff in there own depts couldn't help with other questions

Lots of room with the new layout. Don't always find anything to buy though. Restaurant lovely. Done know how they manage to keep all the eateries open.

Great place for anything you may need and have a nice meal in the process.

They have anything you can think of. They have done a reshuffle and found it hard to find bags and purses.

1st time i've visited and will be going back.vast sales area that needs plenty of time to browse.take plenty of money as there's plenty to buy.give yourself loads of time. Ps cakes to die for.

visited boundary mill first time since re-vamp. Was totally disappointed. gone too up market for my liking, may as well shop in Debenhams or Marks and Sparks for what was on offer. Only the odd bargain to be had. Tills situated at back of shop !!
And where oh where was the never ending queue of customers waiting to pay for their bargains. Only three staff manning the tills ! ( excellent service from these ladies), yet there were several coach loads of would be customers in store yesterday. Sincerely hope owners will not find themselves on a slippy slope and find themselves going the way of dozens of high street shops or we will end up saying goodbye to what has been a favorite shopping venue since they first opened, way back when.

Fantastic place for shopping, really nice food and I don't think I have ever managed to leave empty handed. So much to see - if I had to choose a favourite department it would be the kitchen bit, I love the gadgets lol. Highly recommended.

Tried on a million and one dresses and then went back to the first one I tried and loved.. Felt comfortable in the changing rooms with all who had come to help me pick a very important outfit.. Staff were brilliant.. Got hat,shoes,bag.. everything I wanted.. Stress free shop that turned out to be fun....

Plenty of choices for clothes, suits,footwear ,sportswear.

Good wide choice -always visit the m &s outlet there. Got lots of Christmas pressies at discount prices. Had a cuppa n cake in the cafe and then enjoyed fish n chips at Bannys before leaving

Lots of varied stock, some bargains. I personally didn't like the layout downstairs found if very difficult to browse & find things, doesn't seem any structure to it. However upstairs in the clearance section it was easy to look round & some fantastic bargains to be had.

It's a nice big store" with helpful staff and plenty of car parking.

Lovely place i should have allowed more time for myself could have stayed all day

Spent 5hours in this store something over priced but there are some bargains . Went for a coffee and sandwich not in pressed at all .the coffee had no taste looked strong but no taste , and the sandwich well we had crab and prawn .there was no crab at all on it .it was fish sticks Wich everyone knows there is no crab in them .I did complain to someone that said she was a manager but didn't get a proper reason why it was labeled something it wasn't and over priced .

If your up for a mooch around there's lots of different makes to sort through.
A little hard to get around if you have a pram or in a wheelchair. But things are moving forward with a new layout.

Nice store lots of choice but not everything is a bargain, Skechers shoes ate expensive compared to other outlets. Great choice of food in the restaurants on site. Overall experience was good worth the trip.

Got exactly what I wanted. Good prices. Long way to go though.

Shame Mrs B's has gone but the cafe is good and has a lovely view. Plus, you can sit out on the terrace.

A one stop store, with everything except for furniture, but be careful you can spend all day there.
