Departmental store masquerading as a discount outlet.

Crowded store and eateries. Better food in Sainsbury's.

You need to spend all day here. So much choice of fashions for all the family plus excellent homeware department.

Good for designer brands, best when there's a brand sale

Went here on Sunday to get wedding suit staff there couldn't do anymore

Friendly staff but I felt like they were all watching my every move and had 3 members of staff ask me one after the other if I needed help, then when I needed help in the fitting rooms my partner couldn't help.

Just had a good spend, something for everyone, definitely recommend it.

Purchased an outdoor lamp that included a tube type bulb, got it home (without incident) only to find the bulb broken. They should have checked this before handing it over...

All the designer labels you need at a slightly discounted price. More suited to an older clientele but still has plenty for everyone. Be ready to spend the whole day here, especially because there are good food options available including an awesome restaurant. Be warned, it does get really busy in here, and phone signal is intermittent.

This is a fantastic store which sells just about everything from clothes, china, clocks, suitcases, handbags, shoes and much much more all at greatly discounted prices.
The cafe is extremely clean and has a good selection of well priced cold and hot foods and drinks, and the portion sizes are plentiful. There are loads of lovely green easy push trollies at the entrance and there is plenty of carparking available.
All staff couldn't be more helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they clearly love working here.

It's ok. Didn't have much money when I went, but looked like gd bargains. Painting copies were good price. Nice big cafe. Do need more vegetarian/vegan options. However nice no coffee chains for a change.

Out standing range of clothes , good prices, going again this week looking for a winter maxi coat.. Staff helpful, plus a nice day out.

This is a great store with plenty of selection of brands at good prices. I have been shopping here for many years and I like the quality of the products. What I don't like is the fact that Boundary mill will advertise and promote their sales by sending lots of leaflets and flyers to me and what I find is that most of their products are more expensive than they were before the sale. I find this to be cheating and disrespectful especially to its loyal customers. Best time to shop for value for money is when they don't have a "sale" on.

Good shopping experience only downside coachloads of pensioners. Why shop at a weekend if you have the choice? Good selection of brands many premium & at a generally good price.

Good for a morning out....best to go weekday as weekend is hectic...great to take parents or older relatives to...they love it.

Absolutely to place so many different brands sizes top class glassware bone China and many other gift ideas also fabulous eating place very clean luxurious toilets also helpful for disabled with lifts etc you can easily spend a full date here

Lovely experience, a great variety of clothes and household products. Many items were on discount. It's well organised and spacious. Everybody had masks on and it felt safe moving around.
Bumbellini's Italian restaurant was really good even my kids approve. We would definitely go again.

Lots of upheaval today due to department moves etc .so all a bit challenging , paying at customer services slight hold up !! Would have thought a cappuccino in the Italian would be okay ? But told only if we ate but hardly anyone in at the time ,.

We like the new layout of the store. Makes it a pleasent shopping experience. Tea room excellent as usual.
