I love it here. They have gorgeous clothes and accessories. They sell everything under one roof. A bit pricey but good quality. There's a cafe and restaurant so you have a good choice of food. There is a Marks & Spencer outlet as well. Boundary Mill is wheel chair friendly. Staff are warm and welcoming.
A store that caters for everyone, even the cafe. Prices vary across the store from inexpensive to expensive. Well worth a visit!
My favourite all time place for clothing,homeware and a lovely cake and coffee. Loads of parking and it's free!!!

Had a fab day shopping in your store today !! all the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful ,to the lady on the shoes as we arrived in store ,to the guys on the picture department were we purchased three!!. Our visit today was made even better with an extra 20% off !!and we enjoyed our lunch in bannys !! will be back soon for luggage keep up the good service .

Fantastic value goods, great layout of complex, well worth a visit.
A great shopping day out, dine in the onsite cafffateria or take the option of eating in the diner at the other side of the car park.

Always an enjoyable Visit to this Store. Slightly disappointed in the Cake Selection now they have Refurbished the Coffee Shop - not the great choice of Gateauxs they once had but still very good and scrupously clean
Was able to get the items we wanted and pay all in good time. Also saw some things that were interesting too.
New floor, everything has moved, some outlets have gone to be replaced with shoddy ones. Can no longer look for a specific outlet due to poor design. Wouldn't go again if it wasn't on my way to the supermarket.

Nice visit. Bit manic in the clearance store. Not Boundary fault , just rude customers jostling for bargains. Will def go back.
The staff were so helpful and polite. Especially the manager of the craft department. Who went out of her way to explain how to use a product we were interested in buying. After her very supportive help and advice we did buy the product in store and also got our 10% off the product. The member of staff with her in the craft department that afternoon early evening was also very helpful.
Really good deals, nice cafe there And great food selection to choose from. Good for a nice day out and good variety of things you can buy.
Monolithic shopping outlet. Great for coach tours and bargain hunters. Unfortunately prices aren't always the cheapest so do your homework before buying.

Great shopping from clothes to lights, kitchen, home etc etc you need to be prepared to search rails and rails of clothes. But a great place for hardened shoppers!

We visited Boundary Mill today to try out the new(ish) pizza restaurant there.
We shared a pepperoni pizza and a caesar salad accompanied with red and white wine.
Everything was first class, and the service was friendly and efficient. We will go there again for sure. Stephen & Marianne.
Good selection of goods. Some very reasonable priced sales items on high quality items. Cafe clean and efficient. The checkout queues were rather long!
Main restaurant downstairs poor service and cold bland food.
Wanted to buy a light fitting but the one we chose from the display was discontinued. We then asked if we could buy the one on display to be told was told they were changed twice a year and until that time will still be on display but not available to buy. The light fitting we chose was only a wall light and seemed easy to disconnect but still no success.
Just a giant jumble sale, ok if you like that kind of thing I guess!!. There seemed to be no order to anything.
