I wish I had so much more spare money. You can buy almost anything in the store. Endless racks of amazing clothes, shoes, perfume, bedding, towels, glass, and crockery, and the lists are huge. Great place to pick up a bargain. Fantastic shop, well laid out, with the staff in each area knowing their product. Boundary Mill is simply a very large outlet store with two floors and a spacious free car park with spaces for disabled parking near the entrance. It's Wheelchair friendly entrance. Very nice restaurant and cafe with a good selection of shoes and clothes downstairs and a new linen hall upstairs. Banny's fish and chip restaurant at the other end of the car park is an amazing place for a great bite.

You need it they probably have it at great prices. Beautiful house wares mens womens clothes. Great food as well.

This is a great place to shop. Quality products at quality prices. Staff are great, very knowledgeable about products and services and keen to help. The home ware section is great. Even if you just want a day out, it's worth a family visit. There's a Barry's fish and chip shop on site which is top notch.

Extended cafe with new seating and wider spaces in between seating so probably not gained more customer seating. Service extremely poor management seem to look at you as if you've got 2 heads. Needs new cafe management and more staff at counters instead of staff standing around especially manager. To be a good manager you need to be able to act down when service is stretched. A long time before we attend again improvements definitely required very poor

Well I would never have thought,I would praise Boundary Mill Colne, what was once a congested isle of shopping, with a dark and dull feeling to it also. HAS now changed and what a change, To a more open and bright , easily accessible isle's. It looks a far different place, and it's also now a pleasant shopping experience. Well done to all involved. Just shows by brightening A shopping area, you by that, brighten up the customers, which in turn feel better and more lively.

Nice to spend a few hours with coffee shop, tea room and restaurant aswell.

Best place you can go for everything and good prices.

Spacious and bright. Wasn't happy to see people without masks though. Used the restaurant and was completely happy with the service and layout. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Was highly disappointed at the menswear section in NEXT...most of it aimed at the older age group... overpriced too. Can get better quality brands for less at TK Max so I'm not sure about this place

The store is in one respect a good location, having free parking, and various forms of refreshment from basic cafe to pizza restaurant to restaurant, and a fish and chip restaurant, the premises have been extended, new or larger departments added, generally there is plenty of choice, but in changing the layout of the clothing area, the ladies department, having reduced stock levels, gives less variety of choice, I suppose this is to give more room, and reduce standing stock, but it is now harder to get just the right item!

Huge selection...lovely places to pause for refreshments. Good value

Too much polyester. Spent 1.5 hours there and didn't buy anything. Not particularly cheap and full of clothes hit by the ugly stick. Car park chocka when we left.

Restaurant is excellent. In the store you will nearly always find a bargain in the very extensive range of stock. Good reductions on most things.

A great place to shop. A place where you can find most things . Don't forget all the eateries which are usually excellent.

Great shop you can buy nearly everything you could want from clothes to bedding to cook ware and crafts great for a day out shopping and great food on the premises a cafe and a restaurant and bannys chippy at the end of the carpark

Large discount designer wharehouse with bargain prices.

The staff in the ladies changing rooms were excellent very polite and help in these strange times also the cafe was very well organised and both spotlessly clean having work in retail all my working life its nice to find x

So much choice in clothes and shoes.The beding department has so much choice and the restaurant is brilliant staff are very helpful

Great selection of things for adults of all ages. Not much in the way of kids things. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Modern store with good Cafe and restaurant also has a M&S Outlet, however the stores other brands particularly womens the actual price you pay are expensive compared to other retailers there is a lot of advertising boards offering discounts but these must be based on a top recommended retail price.

Lovely place bought some beautiful things for my home

Fantastic store which is every woman's dream. It has so many different quality clothes handbags shoes etc. I visited together with husband and daughter on Mothers Day and found the staff very helpful and welcoming. We had late lunch at Bannys. Despite the fact we had to queue for 5 min and wait 40mins for food it was all worth it. There fish and chips are to die for! The staff worked very hard and efficient despite the number of people eating. The Manager who was always evident should be proud of his staff.

Great place for almost all your shopping requirements under one roof! Meals at the restaurant are fabulous. Great day out and saving money too.

Boundary Mill Store I Colne has pretty much everything you need.

For example if you need a new shirt for an interview, they have you covered from small neck sizes all the way up to 22 inch on the Double Two Larger Sizes range. They even have Tester shirts out so you can try one of each size till you find what you want and how it fits.

There are mens and womens clothes, shoes, accessories, housewares. Basically everything.

Dodgy wording on priceing to make you think your saving more than you are. Be careful, read the signs properly

Absolutely atrocious service from a lady in the luggage department who accused me of being heavy handed when unzipping the unused suitcase for the first time. She claimed 'mishandling' was not covered by the 'excellent ' 3 year warranty and refused to replace it. When realising I would not meekly accept her decision she brought me a replacement. However, before handing it to me she once again admonished me for causing the damage....by which time a dozen or so other customers were witnessing my reprimand. My experience was only improved by the very pleasant younger assistant who was behind the customer service desk.

Newly refurbished and as one member of staff remarked it is now more John Lewis than TK Max

Good shopping experience. Except you weren't allowed to try anything on in m&s or return it if it didn't fit. Shame as there were some good bargains. Other parts of boundary mill you can try stuff on.

Great place to spend a few hours lots of good value items

Great place to shop and eat. Exceptional value on many items when going at sale time. Doesn't have children's or baby except in Next outlet and outdoor section. This is my main shopping store for clothes and shoes.

Excellent place for shopping,can get everything. Good tea shops and restaurants too. Recommend to shop here. If lucky can get good sales.

Decent food bit costly and long queues bit if you're not in a rush, what the hell......
