You have to have your "jumble sale" head on in the clothing departments as there is a lot of rummaging to be done, but there are some great bargains to be had and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, if you like a proper, posh afternoon tea, the tea room is gorgeous. Great handbags, thrilled with my Radley! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the shoe department, I feel the styles are geared towards the older generations, which was great when looking for my mum, but a bit disappointing for me. I loved the bargains in the glassware department, fraction of the cost in the big name department stores. Will definitely go again....... when I have a few hours spare, this place is HUGE!

Don't be conned into thinking this is a discount store. It's more expensive than online and some of the 'discount' clothes are made for discount stores so aren't the bargain you thought.

and it was very dated and not very appealing.. however this visit we were very impressed by the refurbishment and the more organised shopping experience .. keep up the good work !

Great parking, easy access, lots of choice and lots of bargins. It's a shame Banny's has gone down the toilet! I have been there the last two times I visited Boundary Mill and the fish and chips were very poor. My wife had the cheese and onion pie and it had been warmed up in the microwave, cold in the middle...disgusting

This was my first visit to Boundary Mill..all I can say is allow yourself plenty of time. It was much bigger than expected. Spread over two floors with stairs or lift access. Cafe upstairs and a posh looking restaurant near the entrance. The clothes section filled the bottom floor, there was alot of designer labels; most of which i wasn't familar with...and some of the prices were still too much for me to consider a bargin! I liked the outdoor section best , Tog , Regatta, Superdry..
There is a great perfume/aftershave section with good deals. Upstairs a large shoes section with alot of Pavers shoes...an amazing lighting section, homeware and a small M&S section - which didnt really appeal to me.
I was there just over 3hrs..and felt rushed towards the end...very easy to find straight off motorway, signposted and fab parking.

Excellent selection of clothes and household goods..could easily spend all day here
Disappointed that one of restaurants have one pizzeria and that things it used to serve not available in other restaurant..enjoyed brie and chicken on onion bread.

Upstairs cafe disappointing. Hi e are the lovely selection of cakes that were once a highlight. Scone fine..but little jam, vanilla slice tasteless. No point having coffee..pity not a proper coffee shop.
Impressed by cleanlinss..efficient staff continually clearing.

I think this is a place you love or, not neccessarily hate, but can take it or leave it. There is a massive selection of clothes here but somehow I can never find anything I want to buy. It offers a lot of designer names at presumably reduced prices but personally they're a bit outlandish. I'd rather buy something from TU at Sainsburys. A lot of people obviously do love Boundary Mill as coach trips are run to it and the car park always looks busy whenever I've gone past it.

Its massive, I particularly enjoyed seeing the other males looking like they'd lost the will to live, taking to the ample seating areas. Women, just disappearing into the sea of clothes.. Aisles, like rolling waves..

I've been going for years. It's just a shame that there isn't more stores. Best advice is to go mid week as it can be very busy at the weekends.

You can buy almost anything in store. Several places to eat depending on what you want. But Bannie's fish and chip restaurant beats them all especially the Indian fish and chips. Clean, good quality, style, just great.

Nice.

This is a brilliant department store with lots of choice. They have clothing, shoes, household departments, there's also an M & S Outlet too. They have two cafes inside as well as two restaurants to the side. Be warned you will spend money perhaps more than you intended.
