Kids had fun but came back with a virus. Might be because they reuse their balloons over and over again and do not sanitize them. I won't ever plan a party there

This is an excellent place for a birthday party! My wife and I were so impressed at the level of professionalism the staff at Bounce U demonstrated when we hosted my daughter's birthday party there. Everyone had a great time, and the staff handled everything for us. It was awesome.

I like that you can reserve a time and not worry about being turned away because they are at maximum capacity.

Staff was friendly and great with the kids! Definitely love that they transition to different rooms to kind of switch it up.

Its cool for what it is, a couple rooms filled with bounce houses. Kids liked it, but not a lot.

Wonderful price for a 2 hour getaway from the house and not in the 120 degree AZ heat.

My niece wanted more play time during party very block time. Move to one room to other, feels like school. Not fun for her. She is 4 year old and in kindgetenger.

We had such a great experience for our 4 year old s birthday. The staff was so friendly and the party pros gave them such a great experience! Everything was very well organized and they took care of everything making it stress free for us parents and so fun for the kids. I recommend this for parents who want an easy, fun birthday party for their kiddos!

My wife, 5 year old daughter and I had an AWESOME time at BounceU! We had the Cosmic Party which I guess is something new they do with glow lights, disco ball lighting, and glow necklaces for the kids, princess light saber for my daughter it was really cool. I was skeptical with my daughter only being 5 and it being pretty dark in the rooms, but she and her friends LOVED it! Anyways, staff was great from start to finish, everyone was always smiling, enthusiastic, playful. We had a great time there, and I hope that with the new management I was told they were under, the place continues to strive. We will be back!

I wanted a place where my two year old could jump and bounce around. This place had a few big inflatable slides and an obstacle course, but no regular bouncy houses. That was a bummer, but my kid still enjoyed the open gym time.

We did our son's 3'rd birthday party and it was total fun. The owner is amazing and was very patient to accommodate all our needs. Highly recommend for birthday events!!

But with kids, I guess that comes with the territory.

Nothing very spectacular. Bouncers were in operating condition, though certainly well-worn and a bit dirty. They kept having the birthday boy sit in a "special" chair by himself away from his friends though. It seemed weird... I don't think I'd have my son's birthday party here. My son says he had fun though, so... :D?

Took my 4 year old & 7 yr old grandsons there. They had a really good time. The two hour reservation available for a Sunday afternoon was perfect, they were pleasantly exhausted. Some of the equipment was in disrepair.

One of the so called Party Pro was very mean to the kids. It was discriminating

Horrible experience. Must have been above 90 degree in rooms. Second play room the worst. My daughter is special needs and she got heat stroke from just setting in the room. She is wheel chair bond, and was throwing up all the way home to San Tan Valley. My advice, rent a bounce house provide a kiddie pool, a couple of games inside , cheap pizza and save yourself a ton. Definitely not worth the the very high price. Or you could go to the other pizza place that provides games.

The hosts were AWESOME with the kids!! I loved that they took care of everything for the birthday party. However, there was poop somewhere in where the kids were jumping and it was tracked on someone's shoe onto the tile, which is how we found it. Everything else was great though and hopefully that was just a one-time thing

The staff is helpful when you have a party, but during free time I found them very distracted. I found many times looking for help to find the 3 employees gossiping in the corner. They have an arcade space in the front with some cool games. Be sure to bring cash because they can't get you quarters any other way. Kaylie and Anna were cool but instantly dismissed me because I wasn't apart of a part.

Great birthday party place. Very organized. Son liked glow in the dark jumping time.

Had my sons birthday part there recently, place was very nice and organized, jump houses were fun and everyone did have a great time, only 3 stars though because of the boys bathroom which was absolutely disgusting. Toilets and stalls not cleaned, trashes over flowing and smell was awful as toilets weren t flushed.. Big part of a place in bathroom conditions.

Extremely nice staff. Went here for a birthday party and it was so fun and full of unexpected good things. My daughter has sensory processing issues and one of the staff ladies held my daughter's hand and helped her the entire time so that she could enjoy the party too. Heartwarming. Thank you.

Man this place has gone waaaaaaay down hill. First of all we paid knowing there are two rooms. Of course they collected our money but never told us the second room was down because the AC wasn t working. Hey stuff happens we can get through it right? but...... We got in the one and only room and the pump inflating the slides wasn t keeping up or there are to many holes in the bounce house. The kids could hardly climb it because it didn t have enough air. The place is worn out and I would definitely not return.

Always a fun time. Priced right, clean and friendly environment. Professionally run. Call ahead and reserve your time slot, you won't regret it.

My kids love it here. Only down fall we experienced was staff was more into playing basketball and less on watching kids and doing their job.

Had my sons 6th Birthday party here. Everything was awesome. The staff loves their job, place is clean, greatly organized. A tad bit expensive, but worth it. Would do it again!!

My son loved his party there. They will have someone take pictures of the party while they play. Just a great time for him and his friends.

First time visiting this fun place for a birthday party, the staff are friendly and courteous. They are helpful. I'm not sure about the price at this location. I feel all the bounce house are little outdated and old. It s a good place for a quick and small birthday parties. But if you want a larger group then this might not work out. After the play time they take you to a small room for the birthday celebration and pizza and some cold drinks.

We did my sons birthday here. The staff was great and took care of everything. They also have an early morning open jump on Saturday that is pretty great if your kids get up and need to burn off some energy. You can reserve a time ahead for the Saturday thing but you need to call.

My kids love BounceU, especially for birthdays. This location is a little cozy for the space they have, but it works well for kids' parties, and is really the only venue of its kind in Gilbert.

The carpet of the playground area is not clean, and I saw lots of dust at the top of the sliding area

It's a lot of fun for the kids, but a lot of the equipment is broken/run down. I know it sees a lot of action, but some of it is scary.

we came yesterday and were delighted. My 4 year old had a great time, it is clean and AC is nice and chilly because the kids run and play so much that my kid was sweating. the staff is so nice and friendly. Its a fabulous indoor place, we are going back today. In this heat, a place like this is a joy. My son is safe and I don't have to worry about anything.

I really don t recommend this place for a party, the people that worked with us barely knew what they were doing, they forgot to pass out goodie bags, and their time management was not great at all. It s also way too pricey.

This place was great for a kid's birthday. Helpful and friendly staff the entire time. Great for working parents, you don't have to do a thing, but show up!

Definitely make a reservation. Make sure your phone is charged cuz adults can't play.
My 6 yr old loves it, but my 9yr old is kinda over it.

Kids loved it, they had a great time. Will definitely be taking them again this summer. The $5 jump day was a good deal.

My 3yr old son went here for a classmates birthday and I was really impressed. It was very organized, the young staff members assigned to our party were fantastic. They helped the kids on the inflatables, took pictures and really just handled everything. Prior to this experience I wouldn't have really considered holding a birthday somewhere like this but I was blown away and will likely book next year for my son's birthday too.

I took my 4 year old grandson today, not only the personnel was extremely nice with the kids but they help them and played with them, the place is super fun, there are plenty to do. My little one used every muscle of his body having fun...great exercise. He had way too much fun and we are going back for sure. worth the price! Thanks every one!

Great place for the kids to have fun and get exercise at the same time. Wonderful idea for birthday parties - staff is professional, friendly, and positively attentive with the children. Pricing is fair and surroundings are all kid-friendly. Highly recommend.

Went for kid birthday party. It was a bummer when they limited our time into 2 bounce room then into party room. My daughter wanted more bounce time but that was all of it. They limited with one party group into 2 bounce room. 1 hr and half in bounce room and that was done. I won't recommend going if u want unlimited bounce time.

I ve been to several BounceU Parties and I know how the hosts keep the kids engaged. The two hosts that were assigned to my child s party were standing around as if they didn t know what to do next. They had on the face masks that I brought in for the guest and they didn t even encourage the kids to put the masks on. Another parent and I had to pass out cake, one host thought it would be smart to bring the ice cream sundays in one at a time, so kids were questioning when they would get theirs. I paid for pictures to be taken and the guy was just standing around and I had to politely say, your going to take lots of pics,right?!l The pics weren t posted on the screen in the party room (broken per manager). When I went home I downloaded the pictures and was not impressed with the quantity or quality. I wish there were more adults in charge. The cake I ordered was Star War Theme, it was very outdated the kids didn t even know who the characters were. I put on a fake smile to be a good sport and not ruin my sons party, but I feel I spent $300+ for staff to run this party who were inexperienced and could care less about providing exceptional customer service. Party was on 8/19/2018.

OMG. Bday party here is totally worth every penny. As a parent..... you do nothing, just have fun with your little bday monster and enjoy not having to do the things you usually have to do for bdays likd help with gifts and setting up and cleaning. They even take pictures while everyone is playing... so you actually can be in some of the pictures and not just be the one behind the camera.

For the price, you can't beat this place. My daughter is 5 and loves bounce houses. She enjoys them for her birthday. Lately she's been asking for one. I did an Internet search and found Bounce U. Perfect. We didn't have any food this time, but will update when I have tried it.

They have a few days a week when they offer a reserved time for kids 1-6 years old only. It is great! The kids can run and play and you don't have to worry about them getting ran over by bigger kids. The place is very clean. Some places like this stink when you walk in but it smells very clean. For the 0-6 year old play time you start in 1 room for an hour then they go in a snack room and have snacks and water than you go into a different bounce room for the next hour. I highly recommend this place if your looking for something to do with the kidos

The employees were absolutely wonderful and great with the kids. However this is cramped and a couple of the bouncy houses were in I'll repair. One of them had a side tear and the smaller children could have slipped out and been injured. Another one had baffles under the bounce area. I know this because the area by the exit ramp had seperated and it was large enough to allow 2 full grown adults to crawl in. There were maybe 6 chairs to sit in all but 2 houses were out of view and the area where you could see them was narrow so just a few people could fit without being in the way of the fun. All in all my neice celebrated her 6th birthday having a great time.

Way pricey for a party. Not sure if the Papa John's pizza, cake from Sam's club and sandwiches from wherever are even worth paying the extra cash for a place like this. I mean the place is cool but for the price they charge they should "definitely" have a better selection of food to buy from and mind you. They are ordering your food from elsewhere so why not have better choices. Only complaint I have about this place.

Amazing experience for our sons 4th birthday party. Wow, we couldn t imagine anything or any better place. I didn t have to worry about a thing because your team did it all!!!! So organized, clean and flowed smoothly. You made my son feel like a king . Colton and Devin were amazing. Kids loved them and had a blast. Even had a list for who gave what gifts! Way to go Bounce U!!

Preschool Play Date was awesome! My daughter had a blast. And they provided a snack halfway through. Each bounce room also had a toddler area surrounded by low walls, so parents could let a baby play there and still keep an eye on older children bouncing. A great experience for everyone! Make a reservation online ahead of time, especially if school is out the day you go, as they limit the number of children playing at any given time, for safety.

A reply fin pace to take the kids. The staff are interactive and engaging with all the kids. The birthday rooms are very personal and for the most part clean; however, the floors could be cleaner. Would definitely come back and possibly plan a party.

I used to go here all the time when I was younger and I lived in Gilbert. I moved to Maricopa later, but I loved this place so much! Me and my siblings would always beg our parents to go. I recommend it!

Best day ever! Dropped the kids off here, who love this place and then went and got a massage at San Tan Spa located in the Doubletree Hilton with their therapist Jessica. Great day!!!

Hated it.
Unclean, rough, and harmful. If it wasn't for my kid's smart thinking and quick reactions, she could've got seroiusly hurt. Go here if you want your child in potential danger.

Its pretty fun but there's not a lot of things to bounce on but overall its pretty cool!

I attended a birthday party for my 2 great grandchildren today and it was so much fun! Every other children's party I have attended left me exhausted and with a migraine. At Bounce U, the kids have fun and so do the adults! The kids had 2 play rooms to bounce and jump and play in before we went into the party room for pizza and birthday cake and lots of presents! The staff was super nice and helpful. They were well organized even to the point of providing rolling bins to help get the presents from the party room to the car. The kids had a wonderful time and all the adults had fun too! I highly recommend Bounce U and can't wait for next year's party! Thank you!!

A couple of rooms with lots of air-bouncing inflatables and color. The entry is interesting and the venue seems cool...

Best place for a kid's birthday party, especially is you have food allergies in the family, as they let you bring your own cake/snacks!
