Did a cosmic bounce birthday party here. Super fun. The employees are friendly and easy to work with and the kids had a blast. Sorry for the poor pictures from my phone camera.

Great place! Was there for a bday party, fun clean, love you get your own party hosts and that you and your party get use of rooms all to yourselves.

Went for a birthday party and all the kids had a blast. In the party room the two employees served everybody the pizza and drinks and they even made a list of who bought each present for the parents

The place is really cool, however the workers are not on top of things. We attended a birthday party and when we initially walked in they had us check in. They told us our party was in one room, gave my child a wristband, and then realized the room was not correct.

We proceeded to the room that was correct. My child ran to start playing. Shortly after I looked up and realized a random person was headed to the door carrying my child. I was horrified. As I ran closer to the person I began realizing it was an employee. I grabbed my child as She told me the wristband indicated he was suppose to be in a different room and she was taking him there.

They mentioned they told a few people the incorrect room. Yet my child was the only one being carried out due to an incorrect wristband. Due to a mistake they made and were making.

Point is if I had not seen her my son would've been missing when the lights came on, I would've been clueless as to where he disappeared to, and would have went crazy. Really who knows what she would've done with my child. Maybe that is extreme but these days, you never know.

Again the place is cool but I'll never step foot there again. The employees are not on top of things and take it as a joke. There are other places in the valley that are cool and more organized.

Couldn't pay me to change my mind.

I wouldn't recommend anybody to book a party here. Our party was only half awesome. Being in the party room was completely boring and there were some specific requests I made at booking time that were never communicated with our party hosts. Click pics add on was a joke. There were hardly any pictures of our birthday guests of honor and hardly any done in the party room. I'm glad we snapped some of our own pictures because there was some memories that we would have never gotten pictures of. Also I added on balloon bouquets and that was another joke. They were just balloons that were blown up WITHOUT helium and put on sticks in a little vase just to end up being taken off of the tables to make more room. The money we spent definitely wasn't worth it. And I've contacted bounce u about our disappointments and I still haven't heard a word from them. From some of the bad reviews on yelp it looks as if the owner is defensive in every response. Doesn't seem like very good business practices to me.

I had a great experience here. I went to a birthday party for my niece, on 16 Nov. They did EVERYTHING. And i mean EVERYTHING. Its 100% the way to go if you want to let someone else deal with the party details while you play with your kids. The bounce obstacles,slides houses are alot of fun for kids and adults!. What a great job the 2 employees did with my niece's birthday. They were great id recommend to anyone!

Went for my little brothers birthday and it's big enough for adults. What a place :)

Always fun. The staff is great. Make sure you check the website for times. I always liked toy time when my son was younger.

My kids like BounceU. But I really don't like that they did away with the military discount. I will not be going back, it's just too expensive for what you get.

Dont go without remembering to CALL FIRST! We went there with our 3yr daughter and were turned away, because they rented out the entire place???

I can see having a rentable area, but to turn away the general public, we won't be coming back.

A place for kids parties with bouncy houses. It is ok. The interior is a bit run down and old. But the kids didn't mind.

This place is a rip off. They do not follow what it says online nor do they discuss that you only get the private party room for 45 minutes. They ask tell you the balloon drop is 200 to 250 balloons it is more like 40. Save your time and money and go to a park and rent a bounce house it will be cheaper and the people who do it are nicer and will care unlike the manager here

Went there for a five year olds birthday party today. The kids had a great time, I mean how could they not with all the bouncing (no one got hurt). My problem was in the service (I guess) the two young women in charge of the birthday party just seemed disinterested and like they really didn't want to be there. One of them actually hid in a dark corner of a bouncey house. Then they just tried to hustle through everything. Lost the handmade card my kid painstakingly made while hurrying through the process. They also were just horrible at making the kids laugh. Trying to make jokes about the (FIVE YEAR OLD) birthday girls wedding day. Telling her they were going to smash this whole birthday cake in her face. The adults knew it was an attempt at a joke, but her delivery sucked, and almost brought the little girl to tears. They also kept the birthday girl on a throne of sorts, but it was set up so she was completely alone. All of the kids were at one main table just having a blast and there she was eating her pizza all by herself. I felt so bad. All in all the kids did have a great time, just could have been much better. Oh, and the "party room" was extremely small, everyone kept bumping into each other. Crappy wobbly plastic picnic tables setup also. I thought it would buckle under the adults weight.

My daughter had a great birthday party. The staff took care of everything.

Awesome place for birthdays in the summer time or for a day with dad.

Love it here they have kids night parents out night its so fun for the kids and parents I bet you want some time to your sometime parents they have food and drinks two rooms full of fun so send your kids here some Saturdays they have them in 13 and I have lots of fun there

I love this place! My 3yr old has a blast and it's sooo affordable. 2 hours of fun for $8! Can't beat it

A fun assortment of inflated rides, but they weren't very good about enforcing the socks required rule. I watched both adults and children running around and using the slides without socks.

Great if you don't have dust allergies, it seems like the staff doesn't want to clean up the dust.

Great place for children's parties. Well run and efficient and great fun. The bounce equipment is starting to show a lot of wear but is still safe and serviceable.

Better for older kids then younger kids. I would suggest holding off until kids are at least five to take advantage of the open bounce

My boys enjoyed it! I have a 6 year old and a 12 year old. I think it s fun for all ages! Even me hehe!

The kids had SO much fun! I really liked having 2 different rooms to play in. What bothered me was lack of security. Kids going in and out of the rooms and bathrooms seemed a bit dangerous to me. It would be nice to have an employee guarding the door and verifying who s in and out.

Attended a birthday party, love the concept but this place is dirty. From the moment you walk in its dirty!!!!! If they clean it from top to bottom I would return.

Sunday open bounce is the best, not crowded and tons of fun.

We had a great time at my daughter's birthday party here! (We have been here for a few other parties and it's always a good time.) The staff and party hosts are always awesome and helpful and fun! Both the kids and adults had a really good time so we were very happy. For the most part, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for an indoor, easy, fun party for little kids. I only took away 1 star as it's a tad on the pricey side, all the add-ons are extra $ and they really do add up, and while it's cool that they have 2 different bounce rooms, one of them isn't as "fun" as the other. But overall it's a really good option for parties in my opinion!

They can use more entertainment but I'm in there brother not that big what the hell you at why did you open extensions all planets you anymore liver and jumping houses

Kids are LOVING IT! Very noisy and chaotic! Hard to keep an eye on your kid! Its not that big and jammed packed all the employees just stand in middle of room visiting each other! The drinking fountain is outside the door and no food or drinks aloud in but then that makes the kids leave the room over and over again since its working up a thirst jumping and running all over

Just had my daughter's bday party there. The staff is amazing! They were very attentive. The kids had a great time. Couldn't ask for more! They took care everything! Even taking everything to car! Awesome, awesome, awesome!

This place is GREAT!!!! Every room is clean and the bathrooms are clean as well! And I can t say enough about how helpful and wonderful the staff are. Perfect place to take energized kids.
