No longer competitive enough on prices. Don't want to hear about internet prices on the pretext that they have a structure to pay. I understand that it is obvious but selling at the maximum price recommended by the manufacturer may not be the solution. Especially since other brands with equivalent structure are now making the effort to align or at least reduce the gap. Beware of the products that people bring back for a defect, which are checked by the after-sales service and who leave on the shelves while the problem is still present.

Hello not at all happy with the after-sales service a Gamer computer with additional guarantee option of 180 deposited on 03/07/2020, we are on 16/07/2020 it has not moved by 1 centimeter, The after-sales service is still waiting for a voucher transport for sent for repair. very disappointed and angry at the service I deposited my device in December I got it back in mid-January with a rating of more than 160 euros and the problem had not been solved. I postpone my device and after several claims because no news I get it back last week and the device does not always work the same concern.
