My husband ordered various perfumes online before Christmas, the delivery arrived defective and a part was missing.
We complained to Guerlain, then emailed all the required documents (pictures, non-delivery declaration, ..) in detail.
I sent the first email to Guerlain on December 6th, because a woman Linda also replied that she would take care of it!
Since then I have asked about 10x, but no answer!
I can't confirm that Guerlain's goal is complete customer satisfaction!
