My husband ordered various perfumes online before Christmas, the delivery arrived defective and a part was missing. We complained to Guerlain, then emailed all the required documents (pictures, non-delivery declaration, ..) in detail. I sent the first email to Guerlain on December 6th, because a woman Linda also replied that she would take care of it! Since then I have asked about 10x, but no answer! I can't confirm that Guerlain's goal is complete customer satisfaction! Elizabeth Drack

Disappointing experience. We had been looking forward to visiting this particular Guerlain as we both had fond memories of great service, wonderful ambience, and an opportunity to try the new range of perfumes...what a shock! We were completely ignored by the staff and received no assistance at all. The shop itself has been modernised but the place for us has lost its charm and wow factor...shame!

Very competent, professional and attentive staff. A truly magnificent boutique that awakens all the senses. Quality products. An exceptional place steeped in history and modernity whose refinement is very much like the house of Guerlain. A very nice discovery!

A beautiful showcase for the brand ... "The flagship" as they say ... welcoming staff, listening to your requests and polite without being obsequious ... the prices are the same as at the dealers of the brand ... with exclusive products in this shop. The shop is beautiful with a soft decor, no fault of taste ... the entrance is free ... go there if you spent on the Champs Elysees ...

Very disappointed service! Advice unfit for listening to the client. The saleswoman is looking to make sales figures! Slow service. This comment only concerns the Champs Elysees shop. It is clear that this shop has a passing clientele and thinks to afford to treat customers with negligence. Big mistake.

Employee sales force is insufficient. Perfume There are things to sell only here, and even if you have a lot of talents, you laugh and wait and explain well. If you are interested in perfume at least once, you will find a small shopping bag in your hand when you go out. Compared to the perfume shops around, the employees feel a lot of sense.
