very disappointed and angry at the service I depos...
very disappointed and angry at the service I deposited my device in December I got it back in mid-January with a rating of more than 160 euros and the problem had not been solved. I postpone my device and after several claims because no news I get it back last week and the device does not always work the same concern. Almost 4 months of waiting and a salty bill for nothing because I still can not use it and yet everything has been redone so-called. I find this unacceptable and in addition when I called I almost got mugged while it was me who should have been angry.
