Very bad experience, this sign took us a down payment of 120 wrongly, and made us live a real obstacle course to get our refund (3 claims by phone where we end up explaining that it is normal the refund will be automatically done under 10 days, obligation to move 2 times).
I naively thought that in 2018 the commercial policies were all turned in the direction of customer satisfaction I feel well persecuted but hey it seems the procedure ...
