Perfect ! A large house, with a choice from the selections presented to you, a welcoming staff, attentive. Very professional.

If condescension was a place, Boucheron would be its parent company. A sales consultant by the name of Sophie so as not to name her in a funny way of doing her job. A luxurious brand, of course, but with lamentable customer service. Too bad customer satisfaction is not their priority. At this price go your way ... at the slightest problem you will have to pay the service even a few months after the purchase of the ring.

The Boucheron spirit in a new setting. Renovated, the shop now occupies all floors as a mansion: several lounges, winter garden. I underline the listening, the professionalism and the benevolence of our adviser.

We were very well received, the staff are fully attentive to the needs of customers. We were allowed to take photos of the jewelry worn.

Shop under construction but the living room is magnificent. The collections shine with know-how.
Two stars less for the brown Chinese saleswoman who is surely there to sell croissants. She looked at me from very high when I asked her to show me the jewelry and collections in the window that had no label. His answer was dry and told me it was "jewelry and stones". 15 minutes after my turn, one of your sales assistants arrived and presented the collections wonderfully to a lady. I stay to listen, but only the Chinese girl seemed to be waiting for me to leave and hastened to want to accompany me back when I hadn't finished listening.
Be careful who you hire, their behavior has soiled the perfection of your jewelry.

A lot of great finds on display especially high quality items that is good for personal keep and also gifts/souvenirs.

Sales helped us tremendously and were super friendly. Gave us a tour of the place as well. Beautiful architecture with lots of history.
