If condescension was a place, Boucheron would be its parent company. A sales consultant by the name of Sophie so as not to name her in a funny way of doing her job. No madam, we do not have to know Boucheron to return to Boucheron and make us discover that it is part of your profession and not madam the questions that you may find absurd in your eyes are not so for me. You also need to know how to stay in your place and be warm and a little less arrogant in your speech. Working at Boucheron doesn't mean you can afford it :)
Very high expectations and disappointment on the same scale. Despicable from start to finish.
