Beautiful building. The sound quality is excellent everywhere in the house. My husband and I have been to both a BSO and Boston Pops concert. The lounge on the second floor has plenty of seating, and the drinks are incredibly priced. A definite Boston must do.

Absolutely gorgeous symphony Hall, definitely recommend seating from the first or second balcony for the breathe taking view of not only your entertainment but of the artwork that surrounds you. Bar in the lobby, for those with the need of a quick drink before, or after, your event. Right off the highway with multiple garages nearby. You are in for a good time if you got a ticket here.

Boston Symphony is a very old and nice place to just visit. The architecture is adorable. I felt like I am in a museum with these amazing statues all around the salon. The waiting salons have old pictures of the pianists, which are very nostalgic. It is nice to see while drinking the wine. I really enjoyed listening Tchaikovsky violin concerto in this fascinating salon.

The historical and magnificent place to listen to music , regardless of genre. One time we went for the accapela finals, the next time it was Boston University annual concert. It's just great and part of being a part of Boston.

We are so fortunate to have the BSO in striking distance! I look forward to every performance, and particularly enjoy our newest Conductor. Just wish intermission were a bit longer to finish my wine!

I have had the pleasure to visit a few of the symphonies at this location . Having visited a few places , this is my top 3 symphony halls in the country . The conductor is incredible and they have visiting musicians from all over the world . Would recommend if you are in town . Also they have 20$ tickets for anyone under 40 which is a steal .

This was an absolutely amazing experience. A couple of co-workers and I were in town for work and thought this would be a great experience so we got tickets for what turned out to be opening night for their holiday season. They played everything from the classic sing along Christmas carols that we all know to more classic songs like Tchaikovsky. If you have a height issue you might not want the second balcony but other than that this place was absolutely amazing. The building was amazing, the music was amazing, everything was amazing. I cannot recommend this highly enough if you happen to be in the area for Christmas.

For decades Boston Symphony Hall was considered the world's best sounding room, and I can see why. We saw Keith Lockhart lead The Pops in playing the score of Star Wars a New Hope while the movie played above them. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing historical symphony Hall to view the spectacular Boston Pops Orchestra! My family was welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hall is museum-like with plaques filled with facts about the hall as well as a collection of antique instruments. The Bugs Bunny at the Symphony was an unforgettable experience for my children and definitely a worthy experience as a Christmas gift for them. We traveled from Asheville, NC and were not disappointed!

Well My 75 year old mother enjoyed the New Year festivities unfortunately my boys expected the Pops to be more dynamic and better able to entertain the teenage crowded. They basically expected more drums and a faster beet similar to the fourth of July show. But like I said my mother really really enjoyed it and she said that Seth McFarlane was amazing.

Pops are great but I went for "an evening with Leslie Odom Jr" and got 3/4 of one act with him on stage. Also the seating where 5 people have to share a 12" table is a terrible design, get rid of the tables. So cramped with multiple strangers sitting an inch away at all times.

Beautiful and amazing acoustics. We saw a live production of Amadeus and had to remind ourselves it was live music as it was so well timed with the orchestra. We were second balcony seats B42 and B41. Could see about 2/3 of the stage, but full view of the movie screen. Also if you are young(under 40) use the code when checking out "20under40". This will allow you to buy any tickets at $20 which is a great value and good way to spend a night out in the city. Good cafes nearby so grab a coffee and relax before the show!

Beautiful symphony hall with great acoustics. Right in the city and easily accessed by public transportation. Too bad they seem to love single use plastics and other disposables with their F&B. Since it's clearly a profit center they should be a little more responsible to the rest of the population on this planet.
