The waiter has a good attitude, but can you mark the price clearly. The goods are not very complete, it is recommended to do the homework and then buy.

I would have given a zero star. Staff on level 4 stare at you without greeting and they appear too busy talking among themselves. Some cut in in front of you to grab things from the shelves without saying a word. This happened to me 3 times by the same staff. I would rather spend more $ and get better service. Will not return or bring any friends here again.
It is very suitable for people who come to Australia to play and put Sydney on the last stop. Although the fourth floor is not big, there are not many things. Those who buy some tax-free can go and see. Almost all have Chinese services and the environment is good.
The only duty free on the spot shopping centre in Australia. Mostly branded stuffs, they are pretty small but u can place order before hand
It is much more expensive than the outside price. This is a place where the tour guide takes the kickback. It is specially for people outside the pit, don't come!
The Galleria by DFS. DFS is part of the world's leading luxury duty-free retail group and it is located in Sydney's historic precinct, The Rocks. Any visitors would appreciate the rich history this area has to offer and it is just steps away from the famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The new duty-free retail spaces offer customers an exciting modern retail experience that combines 150 of the world's most famous luxury brands with an expertly curated selection of international and domestic products. The refurbished space is airy and spacious with some natural light. It features a clean minimal modern design and surprisingly, fits well within the heritage building.
Great selection of brand outlets for travellers heading back home
If have 0 star I would give it. Badly service. Some staff are racist. If you're not Chinese you cant get a good service from them. my friends and me were uncomfortable with them. Especially, Staff who work at Jurlique shop, short hair and wear red clothes cut in the front of me for grab some goods on the shelves without say sorry or "excuse me". no manner
I would not recommend to come here.
Has a good range of brands and stock to look through.
Way too expensive..please visit DFO instead for better deals ..after all "SAVING MONEY IS MAKING MONEY"
long story - HR from DFS welcome to contact me anytime
bought a $3000 jacket from moncler and the trainee had shocking service .
I would give 0 star if I can. First, staff did not speak English fluently. Staff kept bring me a wrong product and had to keep ask her to show me a correct product. Staff here can't complete a simple task and unfriendly. If you are not Chinese speaker, please be aware that you will not get you want to.
Nothing much you can buy here unless you're a tourist.
Duty free shop that just you would be imagined. It's not bad but it's just for people wants to buy something expensive during a trip
Poor service. Inconsistent. They said they will give me two box of face mask as a gift but end up deciding not to
Service needs to be improved, LV is good, others are not very cheap.
Bad experience
Staff in Guerlain forgot to give me tax invoice to custom
Bring too many inconveniences
Can you please change your opening hours online and on the door ! Says 11:00-8:00 pm and it s actually 11:00-7:00 how inconvenient!
Cheap but unfortunately the goods are not complete, can get the price directly after the tax, only lv still have to go to the customs to retreat, lv good cattle have wood
The price is cheap, there are many discounts, and there are additional deductions for Alipay consumption, which feels more suitable than duty-free shops
Poor service, poor atmosphere of the entire duty-free shops, shopping is not worth to get here.
I did not enjoy my experience at the GUCCI store here. I walked in and was looking to purchase a pair of sneakers when the attendant in her broken english advised me that they were closing and she could not serve me. She suggested I visit the other city store instead. Yet I saw people at the other stores within the centre still shopping. I wont be returning to this Gucci store again. They need to service every customer until the clock ticks to closing time, they lost a sale by not wanting to uphold the correct closing time.
Pretty much caters to the obnoxious mainland Chinese tourists only.
Check prices before you buy anything here. There is a good chance you can get it cheaper outside or back at home.
Don't bother unless you are a part of a mainland China tour group and want to be ripped off
High brand is the main duty-free shop. The entrance was quite a design. In addition, I felt that the shop had a sofa and a charging plug, and was well thought out for tourists. Most of them are Chinese tourists, so they may be for Chinese people. In the second half of 2020.2 I visited, there were no customers. This is because the influence of a new virus has greatly restricted China-related travelers. It seems that closing time is earlier than usual because there are no customers. All the clerks seemed to be free. There is no doubt that it is a great blow to the store. Just shopping was easy.
I ve been seen the reviews on Google and been there many times. So here is how I genuinely feel about this place: (1)Poor services. There are many customers almost everyday in this place, even if you just want to buy something quickly you would have to wait for the staff to come over. It s a over-crowded place; (2) Is it racist? Almost all the staffs are Chinese but from my experiences they speak many languages as well. It s just that the staffs act like you owe them lots of money or something lol. I am a mainland Chinese myself, but every time I go there, most staffs just ignore me and my friend and we really have to do the shopping all by ourselves. So rather than being racist, I think the problem it s just their attitude, which is extremely awful. (3)About the price. It can be a little bit higher than other shops. My suggestion is that do your research, compare the prices on websites with theirs. For example APM jewellery shop is cheaper here than other places. Just notice that you can not open anything that you buy at a DFS shop, it s sealed until you are on board. If you buy things at other shops you can use the products before at the TRS counter:) One last thing , there aren t many shops at DFS, for brands like Gucci the popular products are always not available, you only have limited choices.
I couldn't find my favorite wine at the winery tour, so the wine I tasted here was delicious, so I bought 6 red and white bottles.
The procedure for tax exemption and shipping was simple and arrived immediately after returning to Japan.
The red sparkling is refreshing and can be used with fish as well as meat.
Convenient location, food and shopping, good location, many discounts, may make you and me 'find cheap things
You ll find only top class brands here like LV, Burberry, etc
The shop is small and the goods are not complete. This is not important. The important thing is that some waiters have a poor service attitude, which has refreshed my evaluation of the Australian service industry. What's even more ironic is that the waiter was a Chinese, male, estimated to be only 20 years old, but his hair appeared to be at least 30 or more, and he was respectful to white people, but he was very unreasonable, caring, and speaking to Chinese guests. Very impatient, look at his name brand, last name Liu! Never seen such a waiter in Australia! Highly recommend this shop! Some staff are rude and unfriendly, service sucks!
Very poor service unless you are Asian! Badly displayed and junky. Not a shop I will return to again. Don't waste your time
Would not recommend buying here. It s a good idea to check the retail price of the same product on the actual brands website. A coat I was looking at was more expensive at DFS than what the brand was asking for on their website. Making it cheaper with TRS.
Also be prepared for rude service. We pronounced the brand name incorrectly. The guy we asked then proceeded to not know what we were talking about even as we had the product in our hand. After, he then attempted to smugly correct us, paused and sighed when he had to walk over to check the clothing tag to answer our question. I think this place exists to make money off Chinese tourists who don t know better.
Not impressive. There are much better places in Sydney for shopping.
Great place to shop. A lot of high end brands and great environment for shopping.
Upmarket building. Manopause lady got mad at daughter
If you're travelling in the next 60 days, an excellent place to grab a bargain. Not only do they assist in the TRS process, but there are usually good sales when you go at the right time (sometimes cheaper than even outlet pricing).
fair price good location for tourist need passport visa and air ticket
Less goods I expected and narrower area of shopping
I passed by T Galleria from Circular Quay while walking to the Rocks Market and thought I would just checked inside. I wanted to buy something there but the items here were a bit pricier than the duty free shop in the airport. Since I could wait, I decided to postpone my purchase.
Grab all the product we need...although the Louis Vuitton staff is not friendly and pushy but the rest of staff is really patient and professional to help you find the correct product
The aunts from the Shanghai accent where the cosmetics were bought had a terrible service attitude, as if we owed her. Just because the duty-free process asked a few more words, I was impatient, and asked if we had ever bought anything in a duty-free shop, and I do n t know where the superiority is. They are also duty-free shops, and the airport duty-free shops have a much better attitude. In the end, there are few people in this duty-free shop
GR8 Shopping Destination with Impressive Collection. LUV the NEW Store!
I had predicted, but there was still almost no Chinese. . T galleria in Hawaii and Okinawa is a lot of products a lot.
I was looking for a T - shirt where they were wearing something rather than a souvenir, and I bought it because there was a good thing at Ralph Lauren. Although the clerk's evaluations are not so good at other reviews, the female clerk at Ralph Lauren was an Asian-based, but English is also beautiful, friendly and well-explained, very carefully explaining about tax exemption I got it.
The service attitude is very poor, and the product display price is different from the actual payment price, there is fraud suspect, and refuses to admit
Seems to not communictate if you are not from mainland China. I had my Japanese friends over and simple questions prompted many Sighs from them. What kind of service is that? Sighing from questions. I m Asian too but no way I m going back there. Management - please sent your staff to Japan and learn about service. Actually, teach them how to speak English for a start.
This is the worst shopping experience that I have ever seen in my life. Especially the sales from Dior. They are the boss of the shopping center and waiting for the customer to serve them, feel so arrogance and no patience at all. Won't be there any more.
Does not show e.g if open on christmas or boxing day.
I couldn't refund the tax at all. I went through all the procedures according to the normal process and handed the tax exemption form to the staff at the airport. As a result, after three months, I still deducted a small tax of two hundred dollars, saying that I did not submit the tax exemption form. Ask the staff for evidence but can't give it. Anyway, it was my fault to bite me. Many emails were sent to communicate but the staff responded to me two months later and let me fix it myself. Feel cheated! This is to deceive consumers in the name of tax exemption, in fact, tax deduction after you consume. Disappointed with DFS! No more spending in DFS, and will inform friends around this situation, so as not to be fooled again!
Lots of stores and many brands available. It is gst free if you are traveling. So carry your passport and flight details to fill in the forms.
Don't go there. They will charge you tax later on your credit card.
Because it is a duty-free shop, it is basically only high-brand products. Recommended is a product of individual packaging of the classic Australian souvenir TimTamam
Although there is absolutely at the airport, you can save money by buying here because you can negotiate the price. If you want to go back in a carry bag, please go here.
From the minute we walked in it was uncomfortable. Got stared at by staff with who the hell are you? looks on their faces. Basically did not feel welcome at all. Was happy to leave without making a purchase. Won t be going back. Would not recommend to anyone to shop here. Supposed to be duty free but prices are high and made to look discounted.
Dufy free store located in a poor looking building, no atmosphere for shopping.
Ordinary, few styles, convenient location, unkind attitude
A bit pricey and mainland Chinese is their targeted customer
Best duty free shop in Sydney. Lots of brands and friendly staff.
Seriously? Burberry to the right and Cartier to the left of me! Literally, a hidden gem when it comes to shopping precincts :) Ideal for the duty free shopper with an eye for luxe.
Duty free store only for tourists who will go oversea
Even if you are Chinese but you can't just grab every item you look staffs will be upset and get angry with you
Lots of brands and items which is ok
