The service was wonderful. I could not find what I needed, but the woman on the desk spend a lot of time with me to help try to find out how to get what I wanted.

It's a big store but almost no place to sit and enjoy the book, and it's spread out in the weirdest way, the kids section is upstairs even though there are some young adult books on the main floor and top floor, and can get crowded. Good books though, especially love the sales shelves because the books aren't always that bad.

It is a decent place for one to browse through and get some read but I wish they had a better and diverse science, current affairs and food books collection.

They have awesome clearance items. I didn't know that educators got perks, and they signed me up. It all happened while I was sipping on my fave-a toasted white chocolate mocha!

Probably the biggest bookstore in Ann Arbor, a store of miscellaneous goods. There is also a cafe in the store.

What's not to like about books? Escalators can be difficult for a small child to navigate and children's area is upstairs.

There is something for everyone! I always love browsing the bargain books (usually between $5-$8). The employees are helpful. If you order a book and pick it up the process is very easy and comes in a timely fashion mainly because they usually have a steady flow of stock that comes throughout the week. You can also reserve new releases online. Pickup for reserved books are easy too. Just ask and employee.

What an amazing store! It is spacious, great location and great selection of books.

Not just every book you could need, but also unique games & toys

This Barnes and Noble is fun to visit and the Starbucks in the Barnes and Noble is good as well. However, the main factor in whether I make a purchase here are the prices. It is unfortunate that prices are better elsewhere because Barnes and Noble offers a good environment and friendly service.

this is the place where you can spend hours browsing through books and have a coffee. huge selection of books and magazines.

If you have not been there in a while you should go. Take you back to lazy days at the bookstore.

Barnes and Noble had a vast selection of books from many different genres. The prices are very good and can accommodate my financial status. The people there are super helpful and helped me when I needed to find a book. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to buy any book.

They have a lot of books here. If you want a book you can probably get it. They also sell the nook e-readers and they have a Cafe. Parking lot is really terrible though.

This is a good well stocked book story. I enjoy the cafe and story time also. Greta place to pick out some children's books and read them before you buy them.

I would usually be all for this place, the environment is great and it's a great place to sit down and sip ok tea while reading a good book. The only problem I have is the staff at Starbucks, they are extremely loud (talking to each other) which by all means is fine. But you gotta pipe it down a little bit.

So many books. Great to see so many classics. Was disappointed with 2019 calendar selections. Clearance bins with some neat toys. Surprised to see so many perfect crafting books. Stuff was kind of expensive and couldn't find major author's books. Store was clean and it was a good experience to get out and go somewhere.

The customer service people were great. I called to ask about a movie , They had it,pulled it ,held it under my name for pick up. I have done this twice flawlessly..

The BEST B&N I have ever seen. Parking lot gets jammed, so go early.

Good selections and well stocked. I was there for a jigsaw puzzle and there was a great variety of choices!

I love Barnes and noble, but the Ann arbor b&n is bad. They do not have good stock up stairs. They very rarely have the first book in a series. They also are not custom to helping customers. They tend to ignore customers, or shove them off on another worker. It seems very elite. Like if you are not a UofM student you are not welcome. They push the sales card to hard. I had to say no probably 4 or 5 times in order for them to stop telling me about the card. She also obviously didn't care about what she was selling. She was just going through a list in her head. I like the Starbucks in the building, but again the customer service is not good. If you are not visibly going to UofM they write you off. It's weird. I don't like it.

A very good selection of books, interesting remainderS on sale, and a friendly and helpful staff.
The staff in the coffee shop are pretty lame, though.
The restrooms need more attention, badly.
The CDs in the CD/DVD area need to be much better organized.
I don't like them expanding into toys and games. It takes a way from book space.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of chairs, nooks to relax and check out your choices. Cafe on site is very nice with high quality. A fun, peaceful way to spend a few hours.

Standard Barnes & Noble with a Starbucks. Solid board game selection.

I feel terrible that stores are going under because of Amazon... And I see why. Prices are high. Millions of books... I wanted a cookbook for a present and I could not find the right one... Didn't know where to start. Starbucks in store.

Great selection and they will order your book if they don't have it, they also have excellent coffee

I placed an online order for pickup. I got an email saying the order was confirmed and then I got an email saying it was canceled and they had no record of it at the store. The cashier did not seem to care at all!

The one bookstore I'll still go to even when I have a kindle!

Don't use the restrooms, an unattended port-o-potty sitting in an open field for 10 years would have been cleaner.

It was a great location very nice inside but the one I didn't like is when I tried to get a Peppermint Mocha Latte with extra whip and chocolate they said that season ended for serving them which is strange until they told me their not a full time Starbucks but other than that it is a good store

Staff is very helpful. Store seems a littlr smaller than some other B&Ns but they still manage to have everything I want in stock

Wonderful bookstore! Could easily spend lots of time and money here. Unique gifts too, plus chocolate and coffee.
