Clean, helpful staff, lots and lots of books and other things to see

Love this bookstore! I enjoy looking for books for my kids and I like that they also have toys and boardgames.

Great selection, friendly staff and good coffee in the cafe.

Great place. They have some Thomas and Friends railway for kids to play.

Love Barnes & Noble and this site had plenty to offer and a clean store with a friendly staff.

Has a lot of different books. I have been to the book store many of times. My 12 year old daughter is a over reader and we visit very often.

Used services of help desk, appreciate they keep that staffed

Fantastic two-story location with a great cafe with bar height seating against the windows. I try to stop by here every time I'm in Ann Arbor. I love that the college town vibe continues on into this Barnes. Great place to get books, fun collectibles, and great cafe for hanging out in.

A well-organized and well-stocked book store. There are a few areas to sit down and read with natural lighting.

Overpriced, but my daughter loves it so I do. Disappointed they removed the toy train tracks from upstairs. She is too.

I'll admit I was within the last 15 min of the store closing , but instead helping me look for something as I walked towards an associate they decided to run the other way away from me. Not very helpful.

Some things seldom happen online, like browsing through the KenKen and Kakuro books (both number logic puzzles) and flipping through a new kind of number logic puzzle, Hidato. One shelf away, I was able to quickly scan through the cryptogram puzzle books and either say "got that" or flip through a book when unsure (vs online, where I accidentally bought a cryptogram book that I already had and didn't like).

The staff is friendly and helpful, the floors are clean (important for bottom-shelf browsing since I sometimes use a cane), and the selection is always too good -- even the bargain books! I could spend hours there and be in nirvana.

Nice and clean. Clearly a liberal place though, scornful looks from staff when asking for conservative or patriotic related materials. Liberal books up front, rest in the back or side.

Pricey, but places like this are few and far between anymore. Huge store, two stories of books, movies, music, toys, and games.

Sometimes in this e-shopping world you just want to scan shelves and leaf through options.

It s a pretty rare sight these days, an actual physical book store. This one is a chain, but the only bookstore not downtown. Easy stop for any of your reading needs. Coffee shop inside. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This place has everything! Huge selection of books. And, of course, the coffee shop.

This is a very good Barnes & Noble s location. It s very large and they have a great selection. They also have a selection of board games which I was surprised that and I do love boardgames. My wife and I typically pay board games on the weekend and we re gonna probably buy a board game from Barnes & Noble s pretty soon.

Broken escalator. Poorly organized store. I had a better experience at the Battle Creek store by far.

I love just looking at random stuff here. Pretty sure you could get things cheaper online, but you don't buy physical books from a physical store anymore unless you like to do that so... Ymmv.

I was having an issue with my Nook, and the young man that helped me was very knowledgable. Even though he couldn't resolve my issue he tried , made calls and I was able to get me a refund.

I really loved this Barnes and Noble. The staff were helpful and efficient in helping me find the correct book I was looking for. Two levels. Very clean and organized. Book heaven

Hard to find people to help you as staffing is not optimal. I can see why people order from Amazon...all the books I was looking for were not in stock but could be ordered from their website.

Has a fair selection of books (not huge) - the best part is the cute starbucks outlet inside to chill, read and have a coffee/tea

Barnes and Noble is fine, but a shell of its former self due to the competition from the online marketplace (i.e., Amazon). Still, if you want a book in your hands immediately, they're still the largest store in town (though I prefer Nicola's or Literati). Also not a fan of the every-visit upsell to their discount club.

I could spend all day here, easy to get lost in a good way!!!

This location is wonderful and someone is always ready to help you find what you are looking for!

Comfortable place to hang out and read. And buy stuff, of course. The cafe is nice enough that I use it as a place to meet up with people sometimes. The escalators are cool, too, and make nice use of the space. It is located at a very busy intersection, so I tend to wait until lighter traffic times to go. But the selection is good, and I find it worth it to keep renewing my membership.

Absolutely LOVED it there. My husband, our 2 children and myself spent about 3 hours there today. We definitely will be back.

This place has an awesome selection. Just when I think I've picked over the entire selection, I find another treasure.

They let the employees here purchase the limited edition (Funko chase Pops) collectables, rather than their customers. Totally unprofessional.

So happy there are still bookstores around and the bargain books section is amazing and updated often. Great art supplies, books, reference books, coloring books, etc. The coffee and desserts are AMAZING in their Cafe and its a great place to so work!

I love this bookstore. Please support it before the bookstores of America cease to be. Stop, have a Starbucks, and browse the books.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! It was a relaxing experience being able to read, relax, and all with a great view.

Huge book store. I fell I love with it the moment I first walked in. They also sell games and puzzles. Staff is friendly and there's a nice Starbucks in the store.

Great selection throughout store; expecially impressed with language and travel selection. Rarely feels crowded and the staff is very helpful. Wide selection of gifts, but I absolutely agree with others on parking...it is a nightmare.

My nephew and niece love this place. It's great to look through the shelves.

Sometimes I need a gift on short notice, BN fills that need. But I don't shop there otherwise because I dislike the constant barrage of questions about becoming a member.

I was up their for an appointment at Mott's and saw that a book I ordered for a Sweetest Day gift had been put back.....So I re-ordered it to get picked up before I left Ann Arbor and it was ready for me to get before I got back on the freeway.....The store is so big and Amazing

Love this place! It's clean, organized and friendly. In addition to all kinds of books are all kinds of games, stationary, calendars etc. I wanted to be there for hours. Of course Starbucks is there with great pastries, deserts and all that Starbucks sells. Smells delicious as you enter B&N. Enjoy!

This place is always a pleasure, the one problem is that I can never decide which books to buy as the selection is huge.

How can I complain when I was able to find the books I wanted at a sale price. Also I love their deli.
