Criminals. They prey on small publishers and take all their royalties, send them bills for thousands of dollars while removing their books from the market. The biggest scam in distribution is Bookmasters.

I have been working with Bookmasters for 20 years now, involving 3 books. The one successful book has now been printed 11 times! Bookmasters' employees, some of which have been there from the "get go", are wonderful to work with. Prices are reasonable. The company is an honest broker. I trust it. No surprise that the esteemed Baker and Taylor has joined in with the company. Over the years, the intelligent Bookmasters' staff has fixed complex problems (fraudulent book buyers, books that don't sell, shipments to wrong address) painlessly for me.
BOOKMASTERS printed my book in 2007. My husband and I were very pleased. Sales Representative: Shelley Saypta knows the printing and book business. They treated us like family. Shelley gave us a tour, along with some history. She told us the best route to go and how to get a bang for our bucks. The price was within reach, and BM did a fantastic job!!! Our company will be contacting Shelley Saypta again, in 2018 for an upcoming new release. We talked to several printing companies, and decided to hire BM, and got it right. Therefore, BOOKMASTERS is highly recommended for your publishing needs.

Overnight parking, fast unloading, receiving starts at 7 am, there is two receiving docks, you can open the doors back into them and sleep until they start unloading you, also room on the side for overnight parking
I only make deliveries here and they are always very attentive and professional, there is only two receiving doors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BOOK!!! They are incredibly difficult to work with. writers are below grade, editors are very late in processing changes. its impossible to get ahold of someone at this company. Our book will be several months later than promised
