Newly licensed sales associate, called and spoke with Victoria, I had some questions regarding Realtor fees and MLS membership. I did not appreciate how rude she was. I expected cordial and corteous answers. I would rather pay the fee and not call myself a Realtor. Hopefully most of the other people that answer the phone are not this way....

Love the Naples Pier and I often take my family members or out of town Buyers here when they come to Naples, FL.

Don't waste your time with ethics violations claims with NABOR members. Despite having overwhelming evidence against the real estate agent/broker, they obviously didn't take it seriously and wasted many hours of our time. It is obviously a closed club and if we couldn't prevail I don't see how anyone else could. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN HIRING AN AGENT. There's no enforcement of ethics here! Gary Nevoraski

Best training money can buy. If you're a member, FREE.

Victoria, the Director of Membership, was extremely friendly and went above & beyond what was required for me to feel welcomed as a new member. She also went our of her way to introduce me to other members at my first networking event. In my experience, NABOR has a very engaged and active membership.

Don't waste your time with Realtor Ethics Complaints & Violations. From all appears NABOR Ethics Complaints Dept protects their own, just about as bad as trying to file a Bar Complaint Against an Attorney: KALEA BAY & Realtor Inga Wilson Lodge & Soave: BROKER/REALTOR & Developer Soave: GOOGLE IT, Soave has paid HUGE fines for ENVIRONMENTAL violations, terrible construction quality & resolution of issues after closing. In my 30+ years of building one of the largest real estate networks in the world, my experience of Inga as one of the most unethical, unprofessional & dishonest (through omission of important facts to the transaction and/or intentional misrepresentation) agents with whom I've done business. In my correspondence with & responses to problems in the transaction, I experienced Inga as arrogant, dismissive, uncaring & unresponsive to important issues related to my transaction. Construction of my unit was extremely poor, not inspected, have dealt with numerous ongoing problems within the unit since I purchased. I would NEVER recommend she nor Soave, or most of their staff to anyone, especially in purchasing at KALEA BAY.

I only know of NABOR as the place where my HOA holds their annual and well attended election meetings. Nice facilities for this purpose. Easy parking.

Just signed in a little over a week ago, and i just wanted to highlight the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, Especially Cheyenne and Taiana, that made sure that i had all the information that i needed to be successful!

NABOR is an extremely rude place. The store people do not obviously love their job. If you ask for help, they say "look around". Elizabeth Saggio who is supposedly Director of Membership was extremely rude over the phone. The fees that are involved in order to be a member of NABOR, you would expect good quality services. Just wish I could make them happy without dishing money to them.
