They phoned every six months, probably because they were interested in specific magazines. Unfortunately, at that time, there were several reasons for me not to subscribe to them. But, they called again, things had gotten better, I now had time, profits and advice (not because it is particularly expensive) to read again, and then stop where is it great to start reading again! I have never experienced any problems with Bonnier's service, I feel well taken care of as a subscriber.
