Bonnier I would like to have happy customers. Why not change your subscription so that it is customer friendly. Your system is very rigid and old-fashioned. When you cancel your subscription, you must know your notice periods and how far you are in the magazine. It may well be that it is obvious to you who sit and work with it. In these IT times, it must be easy when you cancel your subscription, to be able to get an email that you will receive x number of magazines, as you have paid for them or that you will owe X amount when you have canceled sit subscription. And e.g. that when you cancel a subscription, that you do not have to become a payment period.
