I was quoted a price and a timeline for a sign. The design, price and timeline were agreed on via email. I reached out the week that I supposed to receive the sign and it appears that they somehow thought I wasn't ordering from them anymore with little explanation provided. Then they quoted me an additional 4 weeks to receive a new sign on top of the 5 weeks that I already had been waiting for this order. I canceled my order with Dynamite and do not recommend anyone using this company if you want a product in a timely manner. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
