Wolferstans Review

I could not recommend Wolferstans any higher, I have recently used Ebenezer and James for the purchase of my property and having used several solicitors before, they really raised the bar and set the standard of work expected. They were always friendly, professional and available and even in light of Covid-19. They worked tirelessly to ensure that my transaction progressed as desired offering honest advice at all times. They are both an asset to the firm and I would recommend that anyone uses them for any conveyancing needs. Thank you once again!

Ebenezer Ola and James Ronnie are the best at what they do. They maintain a professional approach, yet they are empathetic to each person's circumstances. I was kept up to date every step of the way and they were always available to answer any questions (trust me - I had a lot!).

I used Wolferstans Solicitors on a recommendation for the conveyancing of my house sale. Admittedly their quote was higher than on-line quotes however they were so efficient with getting my house sale through that I have definitely saved in the long run.

Trying to get legal advice from this company is like getting blood from a stone. There website clearly states: 'It will not cost you anything to contact us for initial guidance. We are happy to have an initial confidential telephone discussion with you to assess whether you may have a claim.'

Worst solicitors I`ve ever used for conveyancing. We needed to constantly chase our solicitor (Sue Williams), she also delayed the searches about our future house. It took over 3 months for the exchange of contracts, which should have been a relatively easy process. I would not recommend this firm for conveyancing.

I have used Wolferstans several times for conveyancing. I have found Tishka Chapman a really excellent person to deal with. I have complete trust in this firm - their attention to detail and communications are the best.

However whilst cheaper than others, their service was certainly far better than any previous solicitor I have used. I was left with no choice but to go here after my solicitor of 20 odd years retired. Rather than doing their job and actually fighting for me and my children, they just sat back and let the local authority walk all over me and my evidence.
I had evidence proving them to be lying. The local authorities response to my evidence, was to lie under oath without any evidence to support it. My barrister did and said nothing at all, she just sat back and let my 12 and 13 year old daughters get taken into the foster system and separated .
