There food is really good. The Steak Royale is fantastic!

My mother love seafood. The food was delicious, however I am disappointed that hush puppies didn't come with our meals. Beverages are not included in dinners. Boo! Nonetheless, the fish and shrimp was good.

Just had the Southern Bama & Royal Red's and it did not disappoint! The staff is friendly and great customer service! I will return!

Friendly staff, BUT I found not one but multiple pieces of hair in my salad!! If ur running a place then you should be careful about things like that! Sad to say but I will not be eating there again.

Every time I visit, I have to stop at the Boiling Pot. The catfish, shrimp and gumbo with cheese grits are so delicious! The prices are good and I most likely will return once again.

Horrible. Took almost an hour for our food and the place was dirty. Not what it used to be.

Best shrimp and crawfish poboy would have giving 5 stars but they didn't have any crawfish which was the reason I wanted to eat there

Good food. Price isn't bad compared to other seafood restaurants but has gone up $4-6 per plate. Used to be 10.99 for a crab leg platter. Now 17.99

This will always be one of my favorite spots for a shrimp poboy The amount of shrimp you get in a whole pinky can feed a small village. My husband and I have to share. The crawfish balls are so good too. We've been coming here for years and I don't see us stopping anytime soon.

We stopped here on a road trip and it was probably the best meal I had the entire trip.

Excellent shrimp poboys or fried seafood. Go hungry as they give you way too much food.

This location used to be fantastic. We went on 1/2/16 for the first time in several months, and it was absolutely terrible. The service was awful and the food was cold. There were possibly 6 other patrons in the location (It was about 2 in the afternoon). We waited 35 minutes for our order, and when we received the food, not only was my order wrong, but all of the food was cold. There was also no sense of urgency with any of the staff and their attitudes were not great either. Definitely will not be returning.

I used to go to the restaurant in Tillmans Corner. When they first opened up you had to be there when they opened the doors to avoid a long wait. Now, it doesn't really matter what time you go. Prices have skyrocket and you get far less food now. That's usually a sign of a failing business. Food is still good though. Update: 4/20/2018 - They are doing better insofar as portions and variety. Many new items added since last visit. 6/7/2019 - First time this year I have visited. Once again, prices have increased. Only this time, there is a "price adjustment " added to your bill. They have a sign announcing it started in January. But no real explanation of what this is about. Makes one think this business is on shakey ground again.

I ordered the bourbon salmon, but I asked for the lemon butter sauce instead. SO GOOD. I got that plus two sides!!! I'm picky with my food, but I would recommend that.

Have been there twice and food was good both times, cashier polite and attentive. Shrimp platter shrimp are hand battered and delicious and good size!

The food is good. Sometimes it has too much garlic or the seafood is fried a little harder than I prefer.

The food was hands down the best I've ever had. It would've been great if they had brought our food to the table because we had such a large order. Other than that, zero complaints. Definitely recommended

Drove across town to get some seafood on a Friday night. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a large seafood platter. Got home and did not have my sides in either box. I called back and spoke to the manager and she said I could come back and get my fries but she can't give anything away for free. I call back to get her name, Rena, I was told and when I asked for her last name the worker hung up on me. I called back and they didn't answer the phone. Not only was the service slow and poor, they have a manager who does not know a thing about exceptional service. Will NEVER go there again.

I use to eat here all the time it was good clean place to eat at. I haven't ate here in about a year .. so today I came here and now the food wasn't all that good shrimp was over cook . There soda fountain was down they had no tea so all they offer was 20 oz soda in a bottle for $2.59 with no refill . To top it off I went to the bath room and id was nasty look like it hasn't been clean in a while . The floor was real slippery I like to have fell a few times .. this up set me cause this was a good place to eat at ..

My family and I were visiting Mobile and decided to go here for lunch. After ordering and finding a table, we got our drinks. I didn't drink my drink right away. When I went to drink it there was a roach in my drink. The staff apologized and gave us a new cup. At this point I didn't care to drink or eat anything! A member of the staff came over and apologized and stated that the owner was very sorry and wanted to know if she could do anything for us. She also stated that they were changing the ice, sweet tea and the lemonade (I had an Arnold Palmer). I requested my money back. The staff member came back with the money and to-go plates and said you can take it and eat it later if you want to. The staff member was very nice and understanding but I can't understand why the owner couldn't come and talk to us about the issue instead of sending someone else. I only wish that we'd taken a picture before taking it to the staff.

If you like wings I suggest the sweet Thai wings. They they the bomb.

The food was great, the fried fish was fresh, the gumbo was well seasoned and the barbecue shrimp was good as well. Will return again. Large portions as well

I've had no less than five coworkers recommend this place as the best restaurant in Mobile. I had my reservations but I took my family in to try it tonight. A whopping five out of five stars from us. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food is cooked to perfection, seasoned amazingly and served with honestly the best customer service I have received in the entire south.

Jasmine showed genuine care for us and easily deserves double her current wage, even if the food had been terrible (which it wasn't at all - the food was really, really excellent) her service alone would have made us repeat customers. We could see and hear that the rest of the staff were equally as good, though we didn't get their names.

Leading the team was the manager/owner, whose name we also did not get, and his genuine pride, care and love in the restaurant showed, and not in any form of conceited way. He had every right to take pride in his accomplishments, and in his vision of what his restaurant will become.

The Boiling Pot in Mobile, AL is a must stop along any tour of the Gulf or of the best restaurants in America. As long as it stays the way it was tonight, I cannot ever recommend it enough.

The food was great. My only problem was i had to clean my table before my family and i sat down.

Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. No matter when I visit this place, it is always amazing service and food.

This is one of my go to places whenever I'm in Mobile. Great seafood. Great po-boys. They're not skimpy on portions.

This atmosphere here is lively, spacious, and quite relaxing for any meal of the day. There's plenty of TVs throughout the area as well. The staff here is very friendly and informative especially for first time visitors. The menu is very broad and well priced for what is served. The food is phenomenal, and is hands down one of the top seafood spot in Mobile.

First and last time I eat here! We as a whole ordered on line from work ...I get back to work and open our boxes only to find ROCK hard fries and slimey brown lettuce on our wraps which made the shrimp wraps soggy!

I visited last night. The food was amazing! We ordered two shrimp po boys. My boyfriend got the large, I got the small. The large is just two smalls. Anyway, they were GREAT! They were overflowing with shrimp. The fries were just okay, but I don t prefer crinkle fries. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the table we sat at wasn t spotless, and there weren t any salt shakers at any tables. Those are extremely minor things though. I will be back again.

The food is first rate, the staff are polite and professional, and you better bring the bank with you.

A little pricey for what you get, but it is some of the best food around. The staff was a little rude, and I hate to say it but I could have got a better Shrimp Po Boy from Popeyes and spend less money on it.

Awesome menu that is southern style seafood. I really enjoyed everything they have on the menu. They are some simple southern seafood dishes likes fried fish gumbo but they also have some more intricate and delicate dishes as well; which makes this a good choice for a lot of people because they have something for everyone. They are kind of weird if you pay with a credit card, I used my employers and they had to write down my Drivers License number which seemed to a bit over doing it security wise. Also, this restaurant is counter serviced, so do not go expecting to be cared for by a waiter/waitress.

Waited extra long for a take out order. The order was incomplete and wrong. They didn't put in my crab claws and I paid $13.00 for four tiny red potatoes and a half cup of lettuce. They put in two spicy crab ball looking things that I'm allergic to in the bag. Definitely need to enforce the mask rule and have their employees wear the masks correctly. And have some one check the orders. Mine wasn't the only one that was wrong. I wont be back. Service was not good enough for the cost.

Great food they should franchise in Biloxi or Ocean Springs area. To make this place better they need food runners to bring food out so customers want have to walk so far back up.

Southern style seafood at it's best. No poboy anywhere is better than this place.

This place has the best seafood in Alabama. Hands down. Only ate here 3 times but I've had a fish plate, and the crawfish boudin. Just bought a half gallon of gumbo. Its ridiculously good.

Great food and the portions were huge. I m giving it 3 stars because the women s bathroom was trashed, and there were old shrimp under my table. There were food spills under a bunch of tables actually. The nice thing is that everything the food is served on is disposable, and all the cutlery is wrapped up, so the food service is sanitary. Bonus, I found $5 on the floor

Good food, huge portions, and good service. The crab stuffed fish was delicious. For $13, I only expected one filet; There were two and two sides. I will definitely come back.
