Was good to deal with until they did transition in ownership and eventually disappeared...
I purchased a $5000 massage chair Within one year had multiple service calls due to a fault in the chair that both Bodo and the manufacture were aware of. They were unable to resolve the problem. (Kept telling me they are working on a fix) Bodo and the manufacture offered me five year parts and labour warranty to ensure that my problem would be rectified.
Approx 12 months after purchase problems still not corrected in fact they got worse.
Bodo stopped returning my calls and tried to basically tell me that they changed ownership and changed name from Bodo to Bodo wellness and therefore no longer needed to order any sort of warranty Eventually I had to fight to get anything. I ended up doing some investigation to track down their CEO through multiple websites ( who never replied to any of my contacts either) I tracked management through various locations and kept hounding them.
Eventually I was able to get my money back. It was a struggle and I would not recommend purchasing from this company. They had every intention of telling me sorry you purchased a $5000 boat anchor.
