UPDATE 2: The customer service is improving here at EGS. Although we will not lease their properties moving forward, Adam, one of the leaders within the company, offered us out of the lease provided that we give a 60-90 day notice without penalty. At least they are willing to work with us in this way. However, be aware and read the lease to benefit your company.
UPDATE 1: We have had multiple break-ins with both our personal vehicles and work vehicles on a regular basis. NOT SAFE!
Be aware when considering leasing from this company. Terrible customer service. The leaders talk down to you and are always looking to find a way for the tenants to pay for repairs. I will add that this is all outlined in the lease and my fault for not reading the entire lease. Just be aware of what you are signing on your lease. I currently rent from these guys and will never do so again.
