YYZ Translations Review

I do quite a bit of work with this company. I am happy with the translation. The account manager and project managers are all very nice people. The problem we had in the past was that some of their translators are hard to work with. We had several conference calls on small issues but their translators think they are God and the customer is wrong.

The project manager luckily was able to replace those translators with other ones that are down to earth and can answer queries without finger pointing.

I reviewed this company 4 months ago for not making my payment after transcription job I've done for them last July. Finally, they paid me today after many emails given. For me, the job and the company were okay but get ready to get late payment.

I ve submitted my NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in June for handwriting project and vendor management said I ll hear from the project manager soon and can start it straight away. It s August now and no one has ever spoken to me. Why would they want NDA which has my personal info when there s no project at all? I don t trust this company and no one should.

I worked with YYZ Translation on a 6 months contract duration. I had issues collecting my last payment with them because the project manager Deyana Obrien wasn't doing well. But I wrote to account department and a senior supervisor Chante Coetzer Immediately directed that my payment should be processed, she totally made my seemingly awkward experience with them Awesome at the end. She displayed a high level of honesty and professionalism, and that alone would make me recommend anyone to work with them in the future.

I provide Aussie English transcription to YYZ. Good pay and on time. Enjoy working with my PM there.

Scam company. They did not pay me for the work I've done.
They hire through Upwork. The person is called Peter Scada.
Do not work with them.

It is a very reliable translation service provider with high-quality service providers. They provide adequate support and commitment to clients as well as their translator community. Highly recommended.

I translated many texts for them, unless other companies that pay in 45 days basis, this company says they pay in 3 months. I already reviewed them saying they have not paid my money, but they finally aid me after about 5 months and sending a bunch of emails. You can work with them if you can tolerate late payments
