This Manning Agency have a lot of seafarer applicants. Filling up/signing up of your credentials on their website is better and faster if you do it while at home before proceeding to their recruitment center. Absolutely impossible to reach by phone. Process of loans and allotments is the slowest.

Poor recruitment process. I applied to this company and the HR staff handling my application resigned. My pending application was not properly turned over and went cold for a year. I also find it unprofessional to not inform applicants on the status of their application.
