Absolutely poor and unprofessional service. We hired this company to take a look at the email delivery issue with our VPS server. Firstly, their response is painfully slow and most importantly rather than fixing the issue at hand they ended up breaking the SSL certificate and resulting in the website to break down completely. Will never ever use this company and neither will recommend anyone to use it at-least for WHM and VPS related issues.

The level of customer service is excellent. It is my hope that they can continue this level of service of many years to come.

Bobcares will handle pretty much all of your server-related needs, and even more! Their support team is excellent, very friendly and always quick to reply in finding the solution you're looking for.

I hired bob cares to install my dedicated server, in addition to installing the whmc and cpanel softwares, they performed these tasks very well and without problem.

as they had done these jobs well, I ordered the rest of the configuration of my web hosting with them, but in 6 months they did not do these jobs:

configure 3 web hosting plans to sell, they were not configured in whmc, I had to hire a person at fiverr.com to do it, he charged me 40 dollars and it took him an hour to do it, ONE HOUR !!! they in 6 months did not.

They configured the paypal system, but they did not test it, it was simply to try with 10 or 20 dollars if it worked, I paid it anyway, there was no problem, but they did not and when I started to sell the system it did not work

After 6 MONTHS, I had to finish the site myself, with people from fiverr.com and other things, learn them myself and finish configuring the whmc

There were customers who wanted to buy the service and couldn't, I lost time, I lost billing money, I lost money, it was really a very bad experience.

I came across Bob Cares whilst i was searching for help related to my hosting and server issues. The Bob cares team has successfully troubleshot every problem I have faced and have given me immediate solutions to the problems.

I genuinely would recommend Bob cares and I would state that i am very happy with their service

the services is excellent. they have all SOP in place. We signed NDA and they do server's questionnaire for initial inventory.
There was occasiion that we have problem with network bridge problem in DC, and Bobcare's support was very patience and persistence to resolve the problem.

They also very accommodating. We move the plan to new server that incurs some costs, but they waive the cost for free.

Quick feedback: client should get basic email notify for server monitoring as part of default initial hardening. this can be done quickly with cron job getting data for cpu, disk, and memory ans some important services.

My biggest fear is having a "support team" that just doesnt get what I'm trying to ask of them. These guys quickly and easily understand the problem and know how to fix just about any issue with our servers. They have been super generous and helpful getting me switched over to new dedicated servers, applying hardening rules to them and keeping my servers online. I highly recommend this company.

Need help with an SSL certificate problem experience by a new server we set up on our own. But we're not experts, however BobCares expertise quickly fixed the problem and got us going. Plan to use them again.

They are a great company with good support and are quick in server administration tasks.

Fantastic service! Never used an outside server admin but was in a bind and figured I'd give it a shot. Not only did they solve my problem at an acceptable cost, their communication and follow up was excellent. Highly recommended service for service config and administrations.

Bobcares has been great to work with for any issues surrounding email! Anytime my outbound emails are getting Blocked or sent to the Spam/Junk Folder, they're always able to tackle the issue within a couple hours of my reaching out. No complaints, highly recommend!

Provide fast and professional 24/7/365 support for my VPS and servers. They go above and beyond the scope of the agreed paid services to ensure customers are happy - many times they have done additional works without requesting payment.

They are very experienced and manage to solve tickets fast. When I'm unavailable, they contact the datacenter on my behalf, resolve any issues directly with the datacenter.

Awesome work. Had a complete Ovirt engine failure and they were able to help me get it back up and running. They really hung in there for me and got it done. It was a ton of work but they got it all knocked out. Thanks Bobcares!!!!

So far so good, Bob Cares have been responsive and knowledgeable when performing the system admin tasks that I hired them to do. The engineers are great to chat with and have been offering solid advice.

There are some niggles of course, the dashboard is dated, in need of a design and functionality refresh, plus the on-boarding, especially for a $1000 service, was lacking, they need some fresh eyes on this process.

Overall though very happy.

I hired bobcares to do a cpanel migration from a bare-metal server to a virtual machine instance, running in a completely different data center, and they nailed it. About 288 domains, zero problems, everythings working and on the new IPs, all golden. Extremely competent, timely, right on the money.
