Since I only had a job interview, I have to say that I'm positive surprised. Mrs. McErlean is a very positive and likeable woman as well as the team leader that I should know. Unfortunately it did not work with the site but I can recommend it.

Very poor untrained department head in the box construction welding department. Meanwhile, in the period of 3 to 5 months, 3 team leaders and even a department manager dismissed. If you want to apply to the department, hands off !! The poor employees at the welding shop are afraid to talk about it. But not me. The management level knows all of this, but has no desire to replace those responsible. Because they are too deep in their bones!
More seem than be. My ex team leader had no idea of leadership and social skills! Unfortunately ... but otherwise the remaining employees were OK!
