So far so good, Bob Cares have been responsive and knowledgeable when performing the system admin tasks that I hired them to do. The engineers are great to chat with and have been offering solid advice.

There are some niggles of course, the dashboard is dated, in need of a design and functionality refresh, plus the on-boarding, especially for a $1000 service, was lacking, they need some fresh eyes on this process.

Overall though very happy.
