Since I purchased my car the service has been nothing short if exceptional. 1st class all the way!!!!

Bobby Rahal Motor Car in Wexford, PA provided the BEST experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

As context, I have purchased vehicles over 20 vehicles in many states, on both coasts and throughout the midwest, from luxury European manufacturers (Audi and BMW) as well as American/Japanese makes (Ford, Mazda, Subaru). The experience at Rahal through my 18 month selection, order, and delivery process was flawless. This was important as I was purchasing the vehicle out of my home state and everything was done remotely.

I am a stickler for both service as well as being a car guy. I am every car dealers nightmare, a shrewd negotiator, a technical specification geek, a perfectionist, and someone with little tolerance for incompetence and poor service.

The folks at Rahal, particularly John Johnson, walked me through the order process, ensuring I understood every single option selected, took me through the order process and kept me up to date as to the status of the vehicle as it was being built, shipped, and finally, after 18 months, delivered.

My vehicle was not the typical off the lot purchase. I shopped many dealers to find an allocation for the exceedingly rare AMG-Mercedes E63S WAGON. Many of these dealers did not want to go through the ordering process for something they couldn t flip to a run of the mill customer. Others did not want to discount what is veritably a limited production vehicle (300 units per year in the US), some even marked them up.

When I approached Rahal, they were not just receptive and friendly. The folks at Rahal, particularly John Johnson, went above and beyond to ensure my first Mercedes purchase was impeccable.
1. Secured an impossible dealer allocation for a vehicle that isn t commonly produced
2. Walked me through the order process, including a detailed overview of the factory process, what status changes represent in the tracking system, and how the vehicle configuration could influence timelines
3. As an out of state purchaser, the Rahal staff responded with a smile to my many phone calls and emails about options, pricing, and even suggested specifications while providing pictures of examples for my review
4. Kept me informed throughout the build process, alerting me to status changes, delivery dates, tracking my car as it crossed the ocean and finally, when my car arrived at the dealership
5. Coordinated with my travel plans to pick me up, take me from the hotel to the dealership, provided refreshments and a tour.
6. Provided a TRUE Concierge service, walking through the details of my car for both myself and again for my wife, ensuring we understood all the ins and outs, luxury features, and technology in the vehicle
7. Expedited the paperwork process, no gotcha moments, no additional upsells, no pushiness in the finance office.
8. Coordinated shipping to my home state in a hard sided covered carrier.
9. Thoughtful and thorough follow up to ensure I understood all elements of my vehicle, and even putting the car on a battery tender until picked up (as requested).

I will only go to Rahal from now on, there is no better price, no better service, and frankly, these folks are just good people to work with. Buy here with confidence!

I was looking for an E350 with a specific color combination and options which led me to Chris at Bobby Rahl Motorcar via the Internet. There were 3 vehicles in the country: California, Illinois and Pittsburgh. I live in Florida. So I flew to Pittsburgh and was driving the car home 3 hours after landing. The vehicle was as described and the staff was friendly and efficient. I wasn't sure about purchasing a vehicle so far from home but couldn't be happier I did. My first impression was not a very good one. John Murphy the sales manager met my wife at the door and informed us that the dealership had closed about an hour before we arrived. Frankly, I was pleased that the door was open and someone spoke with us. Then, I can only guess an assumption was made and John promptly told us where we could find the pre-owned vehicles. I took that to mean that we did not look like a couple who would purchase a new Mercedes. I was insulted and this is the basis for this review and the one star rating.

I had the best experience here that I've ever had in buying a vehicle. Chris Shrieve was stellar from start to finish. No gimmicks, no hassles, no games. He was honest, professional, prompt, and courteous. Truly a positive buying experience! I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience with Mark Jacobs. We made a quick stop while visiting family while we were in town. He made the deal simple even from a long distances as we live 300 miles away. Had the best car buying experience with our Sales Associate Brian Darcangelo! Brian's knowledge of these magnificent vehicles is impressive. Cars always missing parts after service. One time our keyless start cap was missing and they didn t close the sun roof but instead pulled closed the inside cover so if it rained rain would ve come in. Another time they forgot the lower metal cap on the bottom of the trunk and claimed we lost it while driving back. Staff are always densely but I would appreciate if they were more careful with the cars.

Service is done right the first time, fees are reasonable, and the staff bends over backwards to provide a pleasant & courteous experience and a brand new Mercedes loaner car is provided at no charge. I also went back to the same salesman, Kabby Everly, that I bought my first car from because of his patience and the time he took with me and my husband. My husband asked Kabby the detailed questions of the vehicle and Kabby knew the answer or researched to provided the answer for the question. I kept Kabby busy opening and closing car doors for me while trying to decide between the GLC or the GLE.

Worst Mercedes dealership ever. If you look at anyones profile who gave them a good review you will notice it is only review that person every did. What does that tell you? Pathetic. Anyways if I could give negative 5 stars I would. Dealt with them for over 12 years. They destroyed my g wagon. Any time I took it there to be serviced there was always another issue when I got truck back completely seperate from issue I brought to be serviced for way to many to mention but from them breaking door locks the whole way to them telling me that they had the manager personally drive my truck home to make sure it was fixed n him wrecking it and trying to cover it up with SPRAY PAINT. Who the hell in their right minds would put spray paint on a $160,000 truck? Wish I were lying. They got their last joy ride from me im buying a new g wagon and I will drive to Youngstown for service. Wouldn't need a new truck right if I would have taken it there in the first place and not let them destroy it over course of 10 years. Bottom line is this. Do not have your vehicle serviced here. You will regret it like me I gave them so many chances not once did they come through. They also lie to you about what your vehicle really needs to make money. As if they didn't make enough when I bought the vehicle from them. Crooks.

This was not my first experience at Bobby Rahal so I knew what to expect. So, of course they exceeded my expectations. We were greeted warmly upon entry. We were fortunate to have Christopher Shrieve and Joshua Porter who showed us many of the features of the vehicles in interest as well as the history of the Benz company, which was an unexpected benefit. We decided on the vehicle and after our many questions were addressed, we came in on the 22nd. We experienced the trademark warm greeting and after some coffee and conversation, we went to the finance department. We met Tyler for the first time, but we worked together like we had known each other for years. The leasing experience went very smoothly. After we received the keys, the concierge tour of the vehicle began. The concierge, James, did a masterful job of going through the many features of our vehicle with patience and enthusiasm. I occasionally visit to check out the newer Mercedes Models, I'm a car person but don't get to experience more expensive and/or luxury cars like Mercedes, the staff is always extremely nice and professional, even though we make it clear we can't afford to purchase a new car, they still treat us with the same respect they give the people who are there to buy their highest end vehicles. I try to stop by when they aren't busy so that I don't take time away from their sales people for dealing with actual customers, but the moment I have the money to get a new car you can bet I'll be at Bobby Rahal making my purchase, they've got a future customer here just from how kind the staff are and how well kept and professional the entire establishment is. I've never had a problem with them and if you're looking to get a new Mercedes. go here, you won't regret it. They always have a vast variety of models in the showroom as well, out of every local dealership I've been too Bobby Rahal Motorcar is by far the best and you can't change my mind. 15/10, I will be a customer in the future.

Excellent service! We had our moon roof shattered by a rock on our way to the airport for our vacation. We called the service department and explained the issue. We were able to drop off the car on our way, provided a loaner, and was on our way within 10 minutes.
