This was not my first experience at Bobby Rahal so I knew what to expect. So, of course they exceeded my expectations. We were greeted warmly upon entry. We were fortunate to have Christopher Shrieve and Joshua Porter who showed us many of the features of the vehicles in interest as well as the history of the Benz company, which was an unexpected benefit. We decided on the vehicle and after our many questions were addressed, we came in on the 22nd. We experienced the trademark warm greeting and after some coffee and conversation, we went to the finance department. We met Tyler for the first time, but we worked together like we had known each other for years. The leasing experience went very smoothly. After we received the keys, the concierge tour of the vehicle began. The concierge, James, did a masterful job of going through the many features of our vehicle with patience and enthusiasm. In fact, we did not realize how much he covered until we took it home! We would recommend Bobby Rahal Motorcar for anyone interested in obtaining a car. The folder says, "Welcome to the family" and at Bobby Rahal, they sincerely mean it.
