I waited awhile to write this review in hopes that something would change my mind about the last experience I had with my purchase from Bobby Rahal in Wexford. Nothing has changed with my opinion in the 3 months that I have owned the car and have had to deal with this dealership. I give them 2 stars because my first purchase was pretty good and things went well after the sale but the second time around was completely different. My sales person was very disrespectful after I made the purchase and had some minor problems wit the car. The Sales person and service department lied to me a few different times via text message about the repairs on the car. I would not say to completely avoid this deanship as I know my experience this time around is not the normal for them, but I can not say that I am happy or will be rushing back when it comes time to purchase another car or to service my current car.

I purchased a preowned C300 here several years ago and they still always accommodate my needs. They are willing to make last minute appointments, finish their service quickly, take a look at things and find no issue and have no charge. Furthermore, they always have a loaner car available when requested-- even for a short service appointment. I trust the work that they do and appreciate their client-first attitudes. I highly recommend Bobby Rahal for all purchasing and service needs!
If you do not need a rental car, they have a comfortable sitting area where you can serve yourself to complimentary beverages and rent an iPad.
Before I start this review, one important note to ALL Auto Buyers is please read this review in entirety. It may be long but its worth the read. My family came to this dealership looking for a Good Vehicle. From the time we entered to finishing it, it was like being at home. The customer service was Top Notch. Special credit goes to the sales person Alexa Sarsfield who made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Alexa was as patient and polite as the Amazon s Alexa. Please dont think, I am a easy customer. I am a very picky customer (more precisely a nit picky customer). Satisfying a customer like me, and sending me home very happy is not a easy feat to any dealers. I have been to many dealerships over my 30 years of buying cars and NEVER SEEN a dealership experience like this.

At this dealership, everyone whom I came across Excelled! This includes Sandy the Sales Manager, Tyler the Title guy, the young Gentlemen who explained the Car operations, and finally the Amazing Alexa , all did their part in perfect symphony.
We live in Ohio and travelled 3 hrs to do a purchase here. Why travel this far when there are 17 Mercedes Benz dealers on my route to here? You will know the answer when you get here!
Concluding Remark: When its comes to buying a car, NO Dealership can come CLOSE to Bobby Rahal.
Prior to purchasing my Range Rover this year, I owned a Mercedes and I can not speak highly enough of Bobby Rahal in Wexford. The old saying "time is money" really applies to my line of work and their pickup service has been a God send. They really go above and beyond when picking up your vehicle for service and have the most personable employees to work with. My only negative experience was when they picked up my car for service on a Friday they said they would have it done prior to the weekend, but that ended up not being the case. It did give me a chance to enjoy their rental car for the weekend, which was a different model than mine. I must say I love the whole Mercedes line and if I were to go back to a Mercedes vehicle, Bobby Rahal is where I would go.
Brian was great to work with, and met all of our goals in finding the car we wanted. Very efficient, friendly, and understanding of customer needs. Brian, as well as all other employees who helped us with our deal, were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable on finances and information. I don't know that I've ever had an easier experience buying a car. I did a lot of research upfront and knew what I wanted, and was able to pick out the specific C300 I wanted using the website. I worked with Joe, who was excellent in helping me get my dream car. I was in and out in two hours time, driving off in my new 2015 C class. The dealership personnel were very friendly and appreciative of my business and I'm grateful for all of Joe's help in my new car purchase. Out of state purchase. The sales process itself went smooth, however when I needed follow up from the dealership to complete forms necessary to register my vehicle in the state where I live, I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and the multiple attempts at contact I had to make to find out the status of the forms. Once the sale was complete and my check was cashed, I was no longer their priority. Now I am spending time doing lots of legwork on my own just to get my $70k car registered in my home state.
I give all the credits for my great experience to Austin the sales specialist at this dealership. He was always available and very welcoming. He tried his best to find the best deal for us.

This place has efficient service mastered -- from the moment you arrive to arranging a loaner. They even called me the next day advising everything was fixed and offered to come to my home to drop it off and pick up the loaner. My vehicle was 2 months past warranty. Because I had such low mileage, they asked and received permission from manufacturer to repair the power roof hydraulics at no charge. Good things like this just don't happen to me. Very impressed.

This is a 100% quality team. Auto purchases can be a daunting, yet all of the paperwork was prepared beforehand. I had to travel in excess of two hundred and forty miles - three hours to reach Bobby Rahal dealership and the entire team assisted me once I arrived to receive my S560! I purchased my MB out of state and when it came time for my first B service, I found this location online. Everything from the time I called, to the service drop off, to the loaner, to the service updates from my service advisor, to the pickup, was seriously fantastic. When taking my vehicles to dealerships for work in the past I always felt like I was getting ripped off or that they would find little things to get more money out of me but this was simply not the case. This location is one I know I can trust. My service advisor Matt kept me updated all morning and went above and beyond making sure all questions were answered. The level of care from absolutely everyone that I encountered during this visit was top notch. The guys that I met when I dropped it off and picked up the loaner made everything so easy and smooth as well. Matt and Ryan did a great job of facilitating the warranty repair on my SLK. Parts arrived quickly, and the fix was accomplished at the scheduled time. The loaner was clean and comfortable. Oh, and the fix worked! Thanks guys. This is a great service department and worth the drive from Wheeling.

I have had a Z-4 and a 535i Xdrive that were serviced by Bobby Rahal BMW, the service was awesome. Last week I traded the 535l xdrive in on a 2013 S550. I dealt with John Johnson. I saw a 2013 S550 on the Internet. I met with John and had a deal worked out. I found out that the car didn't have an option I wanted. John informed me that they had taken an S550 in with the options I desired. There were some minor things I wanted taken care of, John told me they would be taken care of and we made an appointment for the work to be performed. There was a gentleman that did an awesome job in explaining the operations of all the electronic systems of the S550. We own a condominium in Myrtle Beach and we visited the MB dealer in Myrtle. On the spur of the moment, we purchased a 2013 SL550. There was no comparison in the explanation of the electronic system by their personnel! Bobby Rahal 's representative was by far, more knowledgeable! He gave me his card, which I placed behind my sun visor and told me to call him if I had any questions. John and the electronics guy were superb. I also talked to the gentleman in the parts department regarding tires for my SL550 and he was very helpful.
I Have owned a Mercedes for 8 years and have dealt with some snobby car sales man. I don t fit the bill when it comes to looking like I should be driving a Mercedes but I was treated with the up most respect. I am a big bearded hoodie and jeans kind of guy and I was treated just as good as a man that could buy the most expensive car on the lot. My car sales man was Chris Shrieve and he was great and honest. Their was no pressure sales and the experience was excellent i would highly recommend them and will dealing with them when I purchase another car.
