Our VVE and 3 other VVE's had given them the assignment to update jointing of our buildings. In the end they did half the job, just drilling it out, then leaving all the joints open for weeks. Now they try to enforce additional costs, which is more than double the amount agreed in advance. Not been transparent beforehand and now it feels like we are being ripped off in front of us. And that for relatively simple jointing work. No business with these people, a nasty way of working.
Correct quotation and execution of work. Highly recommended for Renovation and Maintenance!
