Our salesperson was Rob Farrow, and he was very professional, being extremely responsive to all our questions and inquiries. Even though we were calling from out of state, Rob provided the same follow-through you would expect from a face-to-face shopping experience. First experience with a MB dealership. Bought the 320 4matic at their Shadyside location and have had it serviced at their Wexford location. The buying experience and their customer service is off the charts. Dedicated service advisor, pick up, delivery, loaner car availability, keeping customer informed at all stages, follow up, price, really world class pampering. I could do it myself, but with this quality of service why would I?

Bobby Rahal has unparalleled customer service. Every time I bring my car in for service or repair the work is always done well and on time. The staff is also friendly and helpful. However, I can't say the same about the body shop they referred me to. My car (E320) has a minor rust issue and the sales associate at Rahal suggested me to visit Kollinger. So I stopped by and was met with a lady associate. She looked at the car and as soon as I mentioned to her it was for non-insurance work, her tone changed, stating that the work would be expensive, can't guarantee the final work product, and not worth working on etc. She wouldn't even give me a quote. I still value Rahal's top-notch service but can't say the same about the people who they do business with. Stay away from Kollinger Auto Body!!

My family and I were traveling to Hilton Head South Carolina for our family vacation in our Mercedes GL 450. We were 6 hours into our 11 hour trip and an emergency light came on our dash. Immediately my wife and I were filled with anxiety of the unknown. My wife called the service Dept at Bobby Rahal while I continued to drive. We were connected with Ryan in the service department and he was so awesome and patient with us. My wife sent him a photo of the light on the dash board and he immediately knew our issue. I didn t tighten the gas cap hard enough at the last fill up!! Anxiety was over. We could resume our long trip in peace. We purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 from Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company in Wexford, PA on March 27, 2019. After searching online for dealerships and 2 car manufacturers for a good reliable dealer, we decided upon this specific dealer. We inquired online about a car they had and John Johnson was very helpful with what they had on the lot that we were interested in looking at. We made the hour and a half drive being there is no dealerships in our area that we were interested in. Upon arrival, John listened intentively to what we were looking for and matched us perfectly. From meeting John personally, throughout the entire process of purchasing our car, John has exceeded above our expectations. From our arrival to our departure, we had a very pleasant and rewarding car buying experience. I would recommend John and this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a used or new Mercedes Benz.

This is a revised review of my 2021 E350. I still stand by my original review that the employees at the dealership are nice. They are always professional and very helpful. I can't however recommend the Mercedes product. Yesterday my new 1500 mile 2021 left me stranded at the gas station with a faulty emergency brake. Apparently the system got confused and locked the emergency brake on. A call to road side assistance sent an Uber to the wrong address, and the tow company informed me via text that they were 120 minutes away. We left the car at the gas pump and all walked to the convenience store. While we were gone the computer reset itself and after an hour we were on our way again. My previous Mercedes product also suffered a front collision sensor failure very early, I believe in the first couple of months. It was reset but eventually failed again and I just sold the vehicle versus dealing with it. I'll be selling this vehicle also as I no longer have faith in the Mercedes product. They are absolutely beautiful vehicles but the reliability it not in line with the cost.
The service department made me sit 2 hours for a state inspection sticker,and car wash. DAVE THE representative I dealt with was very rude. He was it Pleasant right from the very beginning. I arrived exactly at 10 for a 10 appointment and he was confused because I didn't want to take a rent a car and just needed one of the car done. Informed them that I would be glad to wait. Anytime I ask him anything he got real defensive, I had to ask him a couple of times to please calm down all I want to know is why I was waiting that time when I knew the car was out of the garage. The service department got the car in within 10 minutes it was in at 10 minutes after 10 and it was out about 10 minutes before 11 a.m. . Then it took me an hour and 10 minutes to wash the outside of the car and wash the four for mats and they said they vacuum the car and cleaned it but it was not done well what so ever. The amount of time they took down there with the car they could have detailed the whole car spotless. They did not the only thing they did was vacuum only wear the mats were and nothing else. The car wash wash very well but it was snowing and raining out by time I get one Mile it was a mess.

Redemption! I don t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to acknowledge Crystal, the GM of service. And Patrick, my service advisor. I don t want to make this wordy, but I had a previous poor experience at this dealership on the service end. So I was hesitant to bring my vehicle back. I chose to and was rewarded with a wonderful experience. Patrick kept me up to date with everything I needed and was very helpful. And Crystal was incredibly professional in the way she treated me, giving better customer service than I could have hoped for. 10/10 will recommend.
Very poor dealership. I was suppose to receive acheck today for my vehicle. This dealership did not give me money stating, their accounting office is offsite.
So this dealership has my M5 and I do not have my money.

Absolutely outstanding experience because of everyone I dealt with at Rahal. I m an admittedly high maintenance customer who purchased two cars from Mark. While the vehicles themselves are on opposite ends of their offerings, the treatment and special attention was first class across the board! Whether it was painstakingly reviewing every option of the dream car or taking care of the minutiae with the daily driver Mark did it all with a smile.
Dave the GM runs a terrific operation and gave me a ton of personal attention you NEVER see from the GM s at other dealerships.

Over the years I have purchased three vehicles from Bobby Rahal - 2 Volvo's (S60 and S90) and most recently a MB S450. Every purchase topped the previous encounter and this was no different. Mark met with me on 3 different occasions while I considered two different cars. This including him driving the MB S450 out to my house so my family and I could personally inspect the vehicle. He kept me up to date on the transaction (phone and text), answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all its features(which are a lot!). He researched interest rates to get me the best deal and made me very comfortable making the decision independent of any pressure. Let me start by saying I'm in my mid 50's and have made more car purchases than I care to admit. But Bobby Rahal Motorcar is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Austin was amazing. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website and had multiple questions about the vehicle regarding the features and Austin took pictures and sent and received documents so when I arrived from Denver Colorado I knew everything I needed to know and everything was ready to go. Everyone in the dealership is so friendly and engaging not at all stuffy or unapproachable. This was well worth the trip. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Had my S550 serviced recently and the service staff is excellent place is very welcoming and really took care of all my needs. Service was nice and car is sparkling clean. I would recommend anybody needing your car serviced to stop here for a real good experience.
