I will never shop anywhere else for a car. The whole crew there is very nice, courteous and helpful. They treat you more like a friend than just another sale. My wife and I have specifically worked with Christian to buy 3 cars and I very highly recommend him. He s committed to working for you and helping you get exactly what you need. I always received a quick response whenever I had questions or comments about the process. Fun to work with and just chat about stuff too.

Went in to find my dream car. Ziad or Z in sales is amazing. Letting me drive the car and treat it like its mine, so that I know how it would be when I bought it. And TJ our final finance manager kept the whole thing relaxing and comfortable. They both sat there with my husband and I joking and having a good time. For any of my car needs I will be going here.

I worked with Billy Shoultz today at Bob Tyler Toyota. He sold me the 2017 Quicksand Toyota Tundra. He was very nice and paid close attention to detail. He explained all the paperwork and numbers to me thoroughly and answered all questions that I had. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience both times I've been here. Only complaint would be having to wait a month for appointment. Glad to see employees still wearing masks (the virus didn't suddenly vanish because the governor said so). Service advisor Jessica Barron was awesome. Very personable and attentive to my needs. All the employees I dealt with were great!! I will continue to bring my Tacoma here for all my service needs.
