I have been affiliated with/intimately known this workplace for several years.

I Can't say it's a good or a bad place... Only that it's a place somewhere in between... A place one could grow or not (employees seem expendible in my opinion).

A place to placate those who are "in between", an industrial workplace for both those willing, able and capable as well as proficient to excel and accommodates what I call "low bar setters".

Point is this:
This workplace NEEDS employees who and are truly committed to learning how to work lines, work well with others and this place, more than anything should keep to their established and scheduled shifts.

Instead this workplace wants employees to come in some days at their 7 A.M. shift and other days, in same week, come in either two or even four hours earlier than scheduled, just because a "line leader" demands it, especially at the last few hours of any given day before!

Consider these words of advice from not only a small business owner & employer of 62 persons since1999, but also one who understands human nature (learned via military service and military schools they provide)... I know a good employer from others.

Now that I've worked there for almost a whole year (not including the shut down of Covid)
Working here is good but to have to work 7 days and 10 hrs sometimes 12 hrs and having to get up at 3:45 am. Not so good. I seem to find many workers complain about not having the spend time with there families "as should"
Does Yokohama have any clue where there going as far as running a warehouse
