This was the best car buying experience ever! Stopped by Eastern Shore Luxury to look at cars for my husband and walked out with a car for him and car for me! Their inventory is well curated and extensive! The showroom is awesome! It s not your average dealership! It s so much more! They were so attentive and never rushed us or pressured us! My husband enjoyed it soooo much that I m sure he will probably be stopping in there to have coffee with Shawn and Adonis on the regular! Both of these guys just wanted us to be happy with the deal and it showed! The whole experience felt like more than just a business transaction...it s like we made friends, bought some great cars and we will definitely be back for all future purchases! They love what they do and put a lot of time into their inventory and getting their customers the best financing! Go see them!

Went to look at cars due to Hurricane Sally totaling our vehicle. Did not expect to purchase yet, just look. Our salesman Josh Hicks, Mr Bender ( SALES MANAGER), & Mac were extremely courteous and put us in a 2021 TOYOTA COROLLA with no hassle, lower than expected payments, and a great experience while purchasing a New Vehicle. I couldn t be more happy with my Service Advisor, Jason, and the folks at Eastern Shore Toyota. While driving down to Gulf Shores from Atlanta on a Friday (5/7) the alternator failed on my Lexus. I was only going to be in Gulf Shores from Friday and would return to Atlanta on Monday (5/10). After having my vehicle towed to the dealership late Friday afternoon, Jason and his team quickly diagnosed the failed alternator and replaced it with a new one on Saturday (5/9). The car ran flawlessly on the way home and I m grateful for such amazing customer service. Thanks again!!!

Had a great experience with Ed Reese at Eastern Shore Toyota. I'm a nurse and had to work all weekend. Ed held the car I wanted and had all of the paperwork ready on Monday for me. Thay had a very low inventory of corollas, but he didn't try to sell it out from under me. Nick in finance worked on getting me a payments that worked for me. I really appreciate you guys for making buying a new car such a easy and great experience.

The best customer service! Can t say enough good things about Eastern Shore Luxury cars. I went right at closing and it was raining, neither bothered them. I am thrilled with my new purchase.

We were on vacation in Fort Morgan when the car engine light came on, contacted East Shore Toyota and set up an appointment for the next day. Car was shaking bad so we decided to leave it at the car lot and rent a car until the next day. Finally had a beautiful day to get some sun so we decided not to drive the 1 hr. 20 min. (One way) to pick up and drive back knowing we were leaving the beach the next day so we decided to call and rent the car for another day. Next day we went to dealership to pick up car and leave rental and they decided not to charge us for the extra day rental! Excellent customer service and very nice people to do business with! Thank you guys for not making this vacation a nightmare!

Had an excellent experience at Eastern Shore Toyota. Me and my wife came in Saturday to purchase a vehicle we had been in contact with Brandon Baggett (Our Salesman). He treated us very nicely and professional and we were able to agree to numbers on a vehicle and drove it home that day! We loved the professionalism of Eastern Shore Toyota. Super helpful staff! I bought my very first care here and was told absolutely everything I needed to know. Stormy helped me that day! Mac handled everything financial for me and was very helpful and kind. Would recommend to any and every first time buyer I come across!
