Bob Evans Review

Hostess need to smile more often, make you feel welcomed not turn around and leave, noticed some waitresses won't help one another, like not there job. Well thought it was a team effort, and at the heart of bob Evans that's sad

Dirty. Seated at a booth with a dirty table and honey on the seat. Understaffed. Only two waitresses. Too bad the new company has no respect for what Bob Evans stood for.

Food is good, portion size ok. Service was good. Pricing is starting to get a little pricey for the kind of restaurant it is.

We had dinner at Bob's this evening. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. We will be back!

This is the home Bob Evans right next the Evans home. They were terrific.

I asked for blueberry pancakes and I received the pancakes, but with onions and bacon cooked inside.

Frozen food warmed up. Unfriendly staff. Never again.

Food was good but service was slow not the servers fault seemed manager stood and watched her struggle to serve an entire wedding party with little help. But the food was good when we got it

What happened? This place used to be great, now it's barely mediocre. Fire the manager and start over before it's too late.

The farm has been my favorite stopover got decades traveling between NW Ohio and SE Virginia. Always a welcome rest with great food, atmosphere, and service.

I do Bob's often back home in Bucks county PA. So it was only fitting that I stop at the place where it started . Love Bob's.

Hamburgers were dry. Bun was burnt. Carpet looks nasty. Garbage cans outside we're over flowing and cigarette butts. We will not come back

The chicken noodles with potato and biscuits is what we ordered. DID NOT HAVE BISCUITS!!!!!!

At the homestead in Rio Grande. Great home cooked food and service. Best time of year to have dessert because I love the strawberry pie.

So disappointed! The farm was on my bucket list, grounds were neglated to the point of embarrassing. Oh well.

Very slow. Waited almost 10 minutes for coffee, then 30 minutes for breakfast. Even the waitress commented that they must have had to kill it. Will not go back.

Clean restaurant. Eggs not cooked enough, even tho I ordered medium. Eggs & sausage not hot.

Food was great ( especially the apple pie!). Unfortunately the restaurant overall, especially the restrooms ,were not the cleanest.

This was a good Bob Evans and even the location is a couple miles off of the highway it's worth going to sense the original farm is next door.
The staff was friendly and the food was decent.

Family oriented diner with excellent country style breakfast and other classics. Try the fluffy pancakes with blueberry syrup, or the brioche french toast and thick smoked bacon, fresh eggs and real potato hash browns. Great sandwiches, half sandwiches, soups, salads, authentic chicken pot pie and pastries. Everything's wholesome and fresh. Great value and quality. Nice service too!

It is very sad to say that it is going downhill. Used to be one of the best breakfasts anywhere. Wish it would go back to the way it was

Was very nice family restaurant from coming throw the doors to ordering and living was grate waitress took care of us well .

They were not busy, but the staff was unfriendly and uninterested in anything other than socializing. Our waitress never checked on us nor refilled our drinks and we were the only people in her section. My soup was supposed to have scallions and (I think) bacon on top, but did not. The lack of attention is confusing because of the large staff working. I expected this to be the best ever Bob Evans experience since we were at "the farm", but apparently good service and quality food passed away when Mr. Evans did.

This is the original Bob Evans Farm and restaurant, nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio. The restaurant has undergone a major renovation and now features a more modern decor, but maintains its country charm.
Long the restaurant's signature, breakfast is served all day long, and is an excellent combination of great taste and value. Lunch and dinner menu features farm favorites ranging from country fried steak to farm-fresh burgers.
More than just a restaurant, the campus also houses barns, cabins, and more ... and is also home to the famous Bob Evans Farm Festival in October.

Both Bob & Evan weren't working, but Tammy was sufficient. The food was like a taco without any meat, just plain...

Good food for the price. Service was fine. Food and scraps were on the floor and needed to be cleaned up.

Not as good as I thought it would be. I went to the farm. This Bob Evans was a pass for me.

Found some sort of a fly in my food won't be going back there again. Sorry

The food is amazing and the service is great. Our server was super helpful and kind. Throughly enjoyed my breakfast.

This has become mine amd Larrys breakfast stop on the way from WV back to MI. Growing up in WV have spent a few festivals at the farm. Love it..love the people..Great place to eat.

Very disappointing if this is supposed to be the flagship location--french fries were disgusting, floor so slippery thought I'd picked up grease/oil somewhere

This is the first Bob Evan's. There is a beautiful view of the farm, and a gift shop with Bob Evan's stuff. It was a lot of fun visiting here, and it was nice than a lot of other Bob Evanses I have been to.

Food & wait staff were great, but there were dirty dishes at most tables and our table was dirty and the floor was sticky

Slow roasted beef with vegetables & mashed potatoes were WONDERFUL!

Food wasn't very good - ordered the Bob Evans Burger and they forgot to put the Sriracha Avocado Mayonnaise on it.

Never got asked if I wanted a refill on my beverage.

The waitress never checked up on us nor did she clean any of the dishes from our salads/rolls/empty glasses of the table.

Just an overall bad experience. My rear end hurts from getting reamed so hard.

The food wasn't that good. The server was great and personable.

Good food as I always get at a Bob Evans, very friendly waitress, fun to talk to. Only issue was I was never offered a drink refill. Then again, I never asked, either.

I'm a cook at the Rio Grande Bob's, come in and enjoy our down on the home food....

fantastic. i enjoyed reading the history of the Bob Evans family. I also enjoyed the log cabins and all the history inside each cabin. A great stop on our trip.

There was great service and there was great food. I have no complaints at all.
