They were not busy, but the staff was unfriendly and uninterested in anything other than socializing. Our waitress never checked on us nor refilled our drinks and we were the only people in her section. My soup was supposed to have scallions and (I think) bacon on top, but did not. The lack of attention is confusing because of the large staff working. I expected this to be the best ever Bob Evans experience since we were at "the farm", but apparently good service and quality food passed away when Mr. Evans did.
