I when to buy some fishing tackle from BobCo in Leeds. I was amazed at what a big business it is. Alot of the branding is similar to bodybuilding supplements, which is weird.

Price are unbeatable! The customer service as well. I had a small incident with a rod and they were really prompt. Christopher arranged the rod collection 2 days later i just got a new rod. Super professional, totally recommend buying from these guys.

Haven't visited the shop as it's some way from me which is a shame as it's a large retail outlet and holds just about everything so I've been told, so I can only tell you about my experience of buying online from them which I'm pleased to say is a good one.
I've found items on here that I've been unable to find on other sites, and when you compare prices with other companies you will struggle to find cheaper, and delivery times are prompt too.

What a fantastic shop.my son took me for the first time only thing wrong is the amount of stock you couldstay for hours .so make shore you have plenty of time when you visit.

Fab place for fishing equipment, cheaper than many other tackle shops. Staff helpful and friendly. There is even now a little cafe at the end of the car park which is very handy to call in after your visit.

Bit of a wait for click and collect could be more staff doing it when there's a queue

Absolutely brilliant. Prices reasonable (same as most people) and the service exemplary. Ordered on the Thursday afternoon and received first thing Friday morning and I didnt even pay for overnight delivery. Will definately use again. Items were well packaged and couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

My experience at Bob co was a shambles I ordered a verity of items from pva mesh, hand towel to bait an a I placed my first order on Friday they didn t have the correct stock in after letting me pay for the item an Also then today I ordered agin to get some little things for my fishing trip also didn t have the correct stock which they agin let me pay for in advance also one of the items was totally different to one displayed on there website and was told that s a old image (bluntly) and last but no least the member of staff was rather unprofessional also rude within his manor and when I asked about the price difference within a product that I had payed for an a product they gave me my reply was a refund (bluntly).

I struggle with Alzheimer's,& get very anxious if i have to use the phone . Bobco had a Daiwa gore tex jacket in stock . I rang & spoke to ( i think Chris), sorry if i have got wrong name . I explained that i had Alzheimer's& asked re size fitting . Chris was so patient with me . No pressure sale. I bought the jacket ( best price on the net). I paid a small extra charge to have it delivered the next day . It arrived next day , perfect fit . Thank you Bobco for fantastic customer service,& brilliant price . I have bought many times before from you . You are unbeatable for price & service . A credit to your profession.

Always great here, staff are very helpful and willing to spend time showing reels etc, this is a very big store full of good stock. It's so big you can actually get tired if you try to walk round it all. I've bought two or three excellent rods from here. Fantastic bait area and staff. There should be something for all anglers here, carp, match, pleasure it's all good. Thanks BobCo!

This has happened to me twice now,

Ordered a pair of deadbait Rods on line directly on their website , said had 5 in stock, went through order and payment with PayPal, payment goes through then I get automated email from bobco saying none in stock.

Yesterday ordered a replacement section for my tricast pole, said 2 in stock, same again, PayPal payment goes through, then automated email saying out of stock and suddenly updated on their website to say out of stock, called up this morning, now awaiting refund again. (now got refund)

Will not be using them for a third time.

In response to your response, if you had the section in stock why would I have requested a refund, the reason for the refund was when I called up on the Monday following my email, it was confirmed to me by the person I spoke to that you did not have it in stock, hence why I have purchased the replacement section from another supplier which has cost me more than your advertised price.

The rods I also tried to purchase that you tell me I did not, we're Savage gear mpp2 bait rods, I can't give you a date on that but it was not long after there launch.

I was very impressed a lot to see and a lot to take in not over priced

baught a rod but not allowed in to try it out first click n collect only

My line was delivered as promised by Royal Mail. The best tackle shop to buy from with the best prices too. Highly recommend.!!!
